You are correct my friend...He left the 101st and went into the 82nd in 1946 and served there until1950in which hes was assigned to the 187th in Japan. My mistake and I corrected it. Thanks for pointing it out to me though.

This is a dear friend of mine Carl Beck at the 60th anniversary of D-Day. He was in the 101st airborne and parachuted into normandy in the early morning hours. He was seperated and hid for nearly a week in a Frenchman's barn (a loyal Frenchman thank God, and not a vichy). He went on to serve at "A Bridge Too Far", Bastogne, and at Hitlers Mt. Retreat. He also served in Korea in the 187th Airborne. He recived a Bronze Star, French and Belgium Legion Medal and 2 purple hearts. He parachuted into Normandy to celebrate the Allied victory at the 50th AND 60th Anniversary (2004!!!). He is a t

Ok..new to xbox360 so I have a question someone can answer. Bought one of these for christmas present. I ordered an additional wireless remote (won on ebay) and it arrived today. I know on the playstation 2 if you are using a wireless remote then it had an adapter you had to plug in the front. The remote came in today and it is just the remote. I havent opened the xbox 360 yet, so will the remote work automatically or do I need an adpater to plug in for it to work. TIA
