Oh no. My thoughts and prayers are with Paulding Mom and her family. If there is anything they need please let us know. I can't do much right now but I can cook a casserole so they can have dinner taken care of one night. This is so sad.

I have always looked like my aunt. Actually, when I was younger people always thought I was her daughter. However, with this pregnancy weight I finally look like my mom in the face. I gues it just need to fill out, LOL. My brother and I look a LOT alike, though. If I put on a baseball cap I look just like a thinner, plucked eyebrow version of him, lol.

Has anyone gone to the grocery store lately???? Right now, KMart has Foldgers coffee ON SALE for $8.49! That's crazy! It was not long ago that it was wayyyyyyyy less than that. Back then I thought it was high when it went to 4.99 a can. And bacon? Have you seen the price of that?

Yes. They have no clean water to drink... they are under a boil advisory, but I don't know what good that will do. This is just south of where I am from... I have friends in Ringgold with a tree through her husband's Jeep an a tree through her house. I have a friend just north of Chattanooga that was hit by the the tornado. While there is only minor damage to her home, her fence and car and out buildings are gone or battered. Her neighbors did not fair as well as she did - their homes are gone. There are also places all over Chattanooga that were heavily damaged. I wish there was more

Ugh. This is terrible. I have been on the phone with friends and family all day in Chattanooga. Traffic lights are out, a tornado struck downtown, a friend has a tree through her Jeep. My other friend has trees and power lines down ALL in his yard - all the trees have been uprooted and tossed. Luckily none of them hit his house or him. Everyone else just does not have power. This is going to be a long night I fear.
