No, my hubbs isn't on here. But, he does jump on if something happens, like the floods or when Tommy went missing. Although he figured out who I was right away. I don't think he has an account. He has his own forum he belongs to.

I feel your pain. I rarely ever go in anymore. Only if I can't find it somewhere else. Last fall we bought some hanging baskets that died within a couple of days. When we got them, the lady said we could bring them back if they died within a certain amount of time. So, of course we took them back. After standing in line forever to return them, the lady told us she wouldn't take them back (we had the receipt) b/c everyone knows that plants don't live in cold weather. What? They were fall plants. I hate that place.

I am not a huge fan of her either, but I totally agree with you. It's probably becuase she has always been super skinny, so it offends somebody somehwere. You know, if Oprah said it everyone would agree with her then she would be applauded for her weight loss endeavors.

The article says that the reason they have stopped it is becuase one of the volunteers writing letters was found to be a sex offender. From the article: "...officials said they are tightening rules in such programs nationwide after a postal worker in Maryland recognized a volunteer in the agency's Operation Santa program as a registered sex offender. The postal worker interceded before the individual could answer a child's letter, but the Postal Service viewed the episode as a big enough scare to make changes to the program."

Pubby - I have seen it, but only when I have to enter a password for the forum. Such as in PP. I enter the psswrd, then if I hit the back button it shows me this screen. That's the only time, so I just click on the forum itself or recent topics button. Maybe that is what she means....
