awesome. Yes, he is.

YES! MrB and I love that movie. (he's a big G. Parsons fan, too)
-
Yep. My thoughts exactly.

I didn't notice that at first... he and the heat miser do have the same hair. LOL

Actually, I thought the whole thing was terrible. HIs voice was terrible, and the whole performance was bad. But, that's just my opinion.

One year my aunt (who never, ever cooks) wanted to make the turkey. She swore she could do it, and that she was an excellant cook and wanted to prove it. Sooooo she did. For ever she waited for that turkey to get done. When we couldn't wait any longer she took it out. I don't know how she did it (broil, maybe?) But it was burned on top, and still cold on the bottom. LOL. We had sides that year.

That is a wonderful story! Thanks so much for sharing... what a wonderful young man you have for a son!

An old friend of mine lives up there. He moved there when he got married to a Maryville girl. I was just wondering where 'cause I'm a Tennessee girl, too. I was born in raised north of Chattanooga in a small town called Soddy Daisy, right next to Hixson & Red Bank.

That made me laugh so hard! My momma grew up in Tracy City up on Monteagle. My daddy is from the Cleveland area of Ohio and he says mamma's a hillbilly, too. That is so funny you turned that in....

That's so funny. Did the taste of the treat wake him up at least?
-
That is terrible. Those poor farmers... Didn't something similar happen last year, too, but just not as bad?

Butter - thanks for that, too. I just remembered I only have a half a stick of butter, and I need 2 full sticks. Ugg.... I don't want to go to the grocery store today. I had to go to four places last night in search of a 13x9 glass casserole dish w/a plastic lid and no one had one. Well, Kohl's had one, but I didn't want to pay $20 when I got an Anchor H last week for $10.99 at Publix.

No sheez. Thanks for reminding me!

I read an article earlier this week about it. The weather this year ruined most of the crops, and it effects Libby specifically because they are kind of like Lay's with potatos - they are the major consumer/processor of pumpkins. Yesterday the Publix on South Cobb drive (on the Austell Road intersection end) had plenty. But, that was yesterday around lunch time.

Naw, I don't complain. Just don't talk until after the coffee takes effect. I can't stand it either when I am next to a complaining, mean person. I have a lot of fun when I get there.

You're too funny! What small town in TN are you from?
-
LOL - I feel your pain! I was with MrB for 4 1/2 years before he proposed. Now all of the sudden we've been married for a little over 3 years. I have a solitaire and a wrap for a wedding band. I always wanted a tiffany setting and I got it, but we found out really quick that a wrap is about the only way to go so the rings are snug. I wear the wrap first since it's closer to the heart, then the engagement ring.

You may also want to contact the NFIB. The company I work for belong to their organization and have been pretty helpful. We are a very, very smal comapny.

B/c of rule number two, my MIL & SIL know not to speak to me until I have had two cups of coffee LOL. I get a to-go mug before we head off and then we stop along the way. By then, I am okay. I am SO not a morning person. And, after I have my coffee of course, I am always nice to the cashiers b/c I feel bad for them. That day is craziness. I worked at Toys R Us one year during the holiday season my first year of college. OMG. It was horrible.

I have gone the last several years with my mother-in-law & sister-in-law. After Thanksgiving dinner we go through the sale ads to plan where we are going to go first - you must have a game plan. We are usually at the first place at 4am. There are two places I refuse to go at any time on Black Friday - WalMart & Toys R Us. No ma'am. People are crazy there. It's best if you take a friend, b/c several times over the years one will stand in line while the other two shop, then we trade off. That way you get get to the next place quicker. We have so much fun! I don't know if I'll be

Buffalo Wild Wings does. That's the only one that I know of for sure.

Lady Raider - neither could I so I googled it and found this: http://www.myfoxatlanta.com/dpp/news/parents_want_answers_after_school_fight_112309 I don't know if it's the same story or not.

I just read those. That is so bizaar.

Good thing it's not broken! It's kind of funny, though. I love Paula Deen! She is my favorite TV chef.

I do rinse them very well. If I do get a chicken other than Perdue the giblets aren't bagged, I can't get the parts out without putting my hand in. Or a spoon which is equally gross. I know I shouldn't be like that, and my mom & grandma think I am nuts and roll their eyes at me but it really, really does just gross me out. But, that being said, if I have to I will. It's not like I'll throw away a bird if the giblets aren't bagged. That's a tad bit extreme.
