  2. I have to agree with CE on this. In addition, becuase of several recent news stories regarding sex offenders living in tents in the woods I would extra cautious.
  3. When it comes to whole chickens, I usually buy Perdue. But, that is only b/c I don't mind to pay a little bit extra to not have to clean out the bird. It grosses me out if I have to, and Perdue puts all the guts in a little bag that you just slide out. (Yes, I am a baby and sometimes drama queen, and I just will not put my hand in a birds butt to clean it LOL yuck)
  4. HA HA! All I can say is WOW. Just, WOW.
  5. I have tried that, and it's good! I also like the Kroger brand grill seasoning. It's sooo good! Also, Target's Archer Farms stuff is really good. We are addicted to the salt & pepper chips. I actually got a bag of Cape Cod brand salt & pepper, but neither of us liked it. Archer Farm also makes a mushroom pasta dinner thing that I am addicted to! LOL.
  6. If I am not "couponing" I usually buy store brand from Kroger. Actually, there several things that are Kroger brand we like better, like the pizzas, green tea, and even soups and cookies. But, with coupons and sales, major brands can be much cheaper.
  7. tuna casserole. Yum. It's Saturday, I've been cleaning and it's easy.
  8. I know the scene! I must say, wow. Just wow. LOL I LOVE the books, wasn't impressed with Twilight, but this one was really good. I loved it. I saw it in Chattanooga at the theater off of I24 just after the split, and the interstate was backed up at that exit! Eveyone was going to the movies! I had a good time. PS - even though I'm not a teen, I also kinda screamed a little at that scene... LOL
  9. LOL I am so glad I am not alone!! Y'all are cracking me up! I did this a week ago! We couldn't figure out why we were so cold! Haha
  10. Gotcha. I couldn't tell what you meant with that face.. sorry!
  11. I know - that is what I was wondering. Yes - the whole road is in Paulding. I wonder who they were looking for
  12. I am just wondering, am I the only person that has days that make me wonder how I got this far in life? Last night when I got home from work, I walked up to my front door, pulled out my keys, pointed them at the door handle and clicked the unlock button on my key fob. Then, I tried to open the door, but alas, it was still locked. I laughed my butt of when I realized what I did. About an hour later, I was making cook & serve pudding for a trifle I made. I stood there for 5 full minutes wisking that crap wondering why it wouldn't come to a boil, or even get hot. Low and behold, I n
  13. Really? Where on Bill Carruth?
  14. hummmmmmmm..... I may have to drop some MORE hints. As it is, everytime that commerial for Sears comes on, either the one with the family with the wrinkled clothes or the one with the men "shopping for the best price" I poke him and say, what a good idea, or wouldn't that be nice. LOL. Thank you! Why ? Wouldn't that be a good thing?
  15. My mom always said that, but then my brother was bit by a dog. A lab bit into his face and pulled the cheek away from his jaw, and there was a hole in his cheek where you could see his teeth. She went into total mom the protector mode. She freaked out later! (BTW - you can't even hardly see where it happened anymore) I hope your son feels better soon! Poor thing. If it had of been me I'd be whining and acting as if it were the end of the world. LOL. That stuff grosses me out and I have no tolerance for pain.
  16. To get through the holidays without ticking off one or the other set of parents. LOL Also, I think a diamond necklace would be nice. And a kick butt front loader washer & dryer . I don't expect either of the last two, but one can hope and wish, right?
  17. That's funny. I used to tell my younger brother he was adopted, and that mom & dad felt sorry for him that his parents didn't like him. LOL. I was a brat!
  18. Thanks - I think I will. I tried a knock off from Kohl's and it was good for one wear.
  19. Yep. And I love and respect my husband even more for doing it.
  20. I meant to add to my post that it was his website.
  21. My mom used to say, "move out in front of the TV", so I'd start danceing in front of the TV. LOL she would get so mad at me. But then I'd say, "you told me to."
  22. If you do let me know how those work out. I have looked at them, but never bought any. I'm afraid I'll get them and then they won't work.
  23. Yes, he asked my dad. I don't think I told him he had to, though. I think I had mentioned it once upon a time, but he said he wouldnt have asked before getting my father's blessing anyway. I am such a daddy's girl anyway.
