Happy Birthday!!

My sincerest sympathies to family and friends.

Rest in peace, JohnnyJ.

The debate this evening... who do you think won?
Sugail replied to Coppertop's Pop's topic in RECENT TOPICS
I thought there was going to be an altercation between them. Obama won - Romney is a rude jerk. -
Just shows how quickly things can change. I was recently enjoying JohnnyJ's postings in some of the political threads - his always seemed a voice of reason to me. My deepest sympathies to his family and close friends. I'm sure Paulding.com will never be the same. RIP JJ.
-
Praying for comfort for you all.

I am so sorry. Even though I've never met JohnnyJ, I feel like I'm losing a friend. He seems to be a kind gentleman that pcom is surely going to miss.

Unless you all know something about LUCKY64 that I don't know, I feel pretty confident that she wouldn't stand up for this young man unless she really knows what is going on. I don't need to know the details. I just hope if he is innocent that it will come out and he won't be sent to prison and that his life will not be ruined. Innocent people go to prison all the time. If he isn't, hopefully the victims will get justice. This is a very sad situation.

I'm so sorry to hear this. I hope they can make JohnnyJ comfortable and that he'll be back soon bestowing his words of wisdom. Will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers.
-
Sending positive thoughts for you and your father. I'm sure you will make whatever decision is right for the both of you.
-
Prayer said - good thoughts being sent your way.

Coffee cup, eyeglasses, tv remote.

I'm 61 and I just got my long hair cut last week. I just couldn't take the long hairs all over the house any more.
-
I don't think long hair on a man is any less masculine than short hair is less feminine on a woman. Cleanliness, thoughtfulness, intelligence, confidence, kindness - those things are much more important than the length of hair.

I love high heels and wish I could still wear them, but I can't. I recently bought a pair of low heel boots for fall because they were comfortable and I'm hoping they might be better for my back than flats. I haven't worn perfume since my last pregnancy. My son and I both have a chemical sensitivity. The only makeup I wear is foundation.

That was scary, I'll bet! Glad your neighbor found you and you are now at home.

This looks like it would be interesting. I heard about it from a facebook group. People are getting fed up with doctors, pharmaceuticals and our food supply. There are so many documentaries coming out lately.
-
I never get tired of hearing this song. It was the theme song of one of my favorite movies - Billy Jack.

She looks like she has a great life and she makes everything look so easy. I'd love to have some mashed potatoes, haven't had any in a long time.

I would think that our military, state department, executive branch, etc., all know more about what is going on and how to handle it, than I do. I also would hope that they would not make it known how they are planning on handling these situations. There seem to be so many groups that want to keep things stirred up all the time, in the middle-east and here in this country. The hate here in the U.S. is as scary to me as the hate for Americans is over there.

I remember hearing "you have more excuses than Carter has little liver pills". My mom was from Kentucky and I remember her saying "pon my honor". Not really sure what that meant.

My husband has ordered from zenni and was happy with his glasses. My eye doctor would not do the measurement for me so I have not ordered with my new prescription. Hopefully I will be able to soon.

Yes it was a beautiful day today - I even heard Mr. Rogers singing! I hope we're done with 90 degree temps for a long while.
-
I was just thinking about him the other day. It's just unbelievable that there is no trace of him anywhere. Happy Birthday Kyron.

I think that's very cool! My grandson had his birthday party there last fall.
