I don't know much about diabetes but couldn't an urgent care type doctor help you out with this? It doesn't seem like something that could wait until September. Dr Mayfield at New Hope Urgent care is quite possibly the best doctor I've ever dealt with.

I don't have a first-hand knee surgery experience but I am an expert at rude gestures. Good luck to ya! Keep us posted. I've had problems with my knees since I was 12. I expect this type of thing for me in the future.

Sigh. I am huge supporter of Caitlyn Jenner and trans people in general. I understand the explanation of science that leads people to be born feeling as if they are a different gender. That said, no. How dare she diminish the true plight of people who sincerely feel they are born in a different body than they should have been. This woman saw an opportunity for a paycheck and she lied.

I only use ketchup with fast food french fries and it doesn't matter what kind. All other fries and some other foods get dipped in Ranch (made with the Hidden Valley Ranch mix, or homemade, never bottled) I prefer brown or spicy brown mustard. the spicy mustard at McDonalds was my favorite of all time and they discontinued it.

I changed my mind, I made dinner for tonight. I bought a chuck roast, seasoned it with kosher salt, pepper, thyme, onion and garlic powder. I seared it in a hot pan on both sides and put it in the crock pot. I used some cooking sherry to deglaze the pan and added it to the crock pot along with some beef consomme and French onion soup. after it's finished cooking I'll shred it and serve it on Publix bakery hamburger buns and use the juices left over in the crock pot as an au jus.

I have a wedding to go to tonight so I probably won't be cooking. I made this chicken last night. I used Italian panko bread crumbs instead of regular bread crumbs. It was pretty good. http://portandfin.com/no-fry-italian-fried-chicken/

One of my neighbors has had a Winnebago parked in his front yard for years, with an occupant. I'm not really a fan but I'm not going to report him. Frankly I'm a little jealous because I would like to have a Winnebago on my property. I could pretend I'm going to the store and then relax in it.

I find it totally strange. Not strange for her, but strange for me. I'm used to seeing her as the dad on Keeping Up with the Kardashians. A seemingly totally typical dude. This is not directed at you at all but I think that the biggest thing people need to realize is it's not about how they feel about it or their perceptions or opinions, it's about this individual. We can have all of the opinions we want all day long but at the end of the day if this person goes to bed happy with who they are, then yay.

I had to read it a few times before I could even make sense of it. I'm not sure if that's a point of view or just diarrhea of the mouth.
