Oh--I am not talking about anywhere near Pier Park!!! It is horrible around that area. I am talking further down around where Front Beach and Back Beach meet--at the Winn Dixie!!! Front Beach is not crowed at that point and you can always jump on Back Beach and go anywhere pretty quick--just got to know which little side roads connect where!!!

That's the thing---I can get this condo for $100 per night (friend of a friend)--so I think that is the route I am taking!!!

Yes---didn't see anything I wanted. I have a guy that I am going to call about a condo in Horizon South. It is across the street from the beach, but nice--on the line of Gulf Highlands and better for kids. And it is right across the street from one of the pools.

I am not fond of high rise condos at all. I would rather just have a townhome style. Have always stayed at Gulf Highlands--but I am just sick of fighting all the traffic and the Front Beach Road crap. The west end is so much quieter and the beach is not near as crowded.

Anybody???? I just prefer the west end because it is a lot quieter and not near the traffic.

Just thought I would check here also. I have found one that is a very good deal--across the street from beach, but very nice and lots of things for the grandkids (Horizon South). NOT looking for a highrise condo. Thanks in Advance.

I usually don't see any until my Mimosa trees start blooming. I hate the trees--they are very messy, but I love that they bring the hummingbirds!!!

I am sure they could go further down Back Beach Road and find groceries!!! That Publix and Winn Dixie down where Front and Back come together is always well stocked. I absolutely HATE going to that Walmart on Front Beach!! But they do say it is the highest money making store in the nation.

My son was working on a sod job on the same street and this house was one of his customers also. He said that the ashes from the fire were falling all ove them as they were working. He had not heard about the little boy when he got home. He said that they pretty much kept working because they were ona a tight schedule to get the job done.

All of the above with some fresh mozzarella added. Just cut it up in chunks and throw it in.

I won a $100 gift card from Shoe Carnival several years back on Black Friday. Then I won the small chest freezer on Thanksgiving Day after that---when Ingles opened on Nebo.

I have an aunt and uncle that live in Nashville. I have been to the Hermitage many times. It is a historical thing--but very interesting. It is the old homeplace of Andrew Jackson. They also have a re-creation of the Parthenon in Greece. Just the Opryland Hotel is amazing!!! And you could always go down on Music Row.

I just tell my kids that God put me on earth to make their lives miserable---and they are all grown and in their late 20's. Been telling them that since they were pre-teens with smart mouths!!!

Pretty much never had to deal with that!! No child support = no visitation. Is it legal--NO. Did he care--NO. I had him locked up 3 or 4 times (last time he spent 13 mos in jail) and he still didn't pay so I finally give up. Now, he is not in good health and cannot understand why his kids don't want to come see him????

I am on Hiram Sudie and my idiot neighbor shoots his gun all the time. We are not in a subdivision--but the houses have an acre or two apiece. There was a probation office at my mothers house one day (wrong address--looking for somebody) and the neighbor just happen to shoot off his gun. The probation officer asked where it come from and left like lightening going down there to have a talk with him. He still shoots, not as much now, but I sure it will increase as the weather gets nicer. But he is also the neighbor that gets out on his tractor at 9:00 at night for several hours. Guess w

I did this a couple of weeks ago on an extra car. I cancelled the tag in September and it has been sitting since. We had to drive it for 50 or so miles for the computer te reset. Since I had cancelled the tag--I took it off the car. Make sure that you have insurance on it---that will get you taken to jail and the car towed--immediately. I got the car tested--it passed and I come home, got my other car and went to get my tag. No problems at all. We drove 278 to the Polk County line several times to reset the computer.
