Women always get in the way of a good time. Well at least you went with the backyard kegger! LOL!

Invite a couple buddies to the Movies then meet them at Hooters for dinner. Make sure you tell the girls it his birthday. They will have fun with him. Yeah a little different, but definitely one he won't forget.

Yeah, the Today Show segment adds a little more content. Great Stuff!

Just saw a great piece on the Today Show about Coach Hamilton from PCHS. I won't spoil it. Go to the Today Show website and check it out. Really great stuff. And my friend Marianne Bishop who can come off as strong and tough, well we all know you are a cream puff when it comes down to it. Love ya girl!

No, I don't. I was surprised she tried it again, but with the assistance of technology and the Gulfstream moving in an unusual pattern she did it. What I don't know is if her scientist predicted the Gulfstream to move in that direction during that period or if she was just lucky. I assume more details will be revealed in the future.

Final South 42-Rome 35. Wow!

Looks awesome. Maybe next time add a pizza on the grill and use these as the toppings. Plus maybe a couple hot peppers. Can't go wrong.

The Ocean Deck on Sunday afternoon is real cool. Stormin Norman does karaoke and has been for about 20 years. Also, the North Turn on A1A is fun. Lots of good recommendations above, but I would suggest a drive up to Flagler Beach. Flagler has 4-5 oceanfront places that are pretty good and they are all within a 1/4 mile of each other. The new Fuego Del Mar (Mexican) is beautiful, limited menu but good food. The new pier restaurant The Funky Pelican is nice with good food. Neither of these has entertainment other than the ocean. The Golden Lion has lots of entertainment and the food is go

Chandler has accepted a football scholarship to Kennesaw State. The South Paulding athlete is the first player to accept a scholarship to Kennesaw State's inaugural class for their new football program. Exciting! Way to go Chandler.

If he plays golf there is one for rent in Creekside. I don't know the specifics, but saw the sign go up the other day. It is close to the community pool too.
-
Ok no argument here, but tonight's game should be seen as an exciting time for the community.

EP athletics is known to be a proud organization and quite active. When one of there own rises to the level Zack has, one would think they would share the experience with the community. Heck the high school baseball scoreboard was purchased with money Zack donated to the baseball club. Hence the basis for the headline. Just as big a slight, Neighbors Newspaper's online has no mention of this event either. Our young kids need to know about such stories.

Zack is a 2009 graduate of East Paulding High School who was the 6th pick in the MLB draft by the SF Giants. He was then traded to the Mets. Since I am not an EP local, all I know is the guys from Creekside where he plays golf once in a while say he is are really nice kid. Bottom line, local kid who should be used as a role model for our young aspiring athletes. Go Zack!

Not a word about Tomorrow night East Paulding's Zack Wheeler is pitching for the Mets against the Braves in his Major League Debut. Game time is 7:10pm. I am South Paulding fan, but I am excited as possible to see a local kid live a dream. I will be a Zack fan for a night. Go Zack!

Wait just one minute. How can one describe the back and forth petty bickering women do when they deal with their kids and other kids and those kids mothers. Its like they are 14 or 15 again and fighting over a boy. Just saying. Oh yeah, I will never grow up, thus if I am ever a part of these studies, I will be an aberration. Three cheers for Sports, Beer, Burgers, Wings, Pizza, Gambling and My Wife.

When finished with the Ketchup, Mustard, Tabasco, etc, please put the lid on tight. Nothing like using it the next time and shaking it up and Ketchup all over your clothes. Which leads me to another. Don't assume someone put the lid on tight when shaking Ketchup, always keep your finger on the top to avoid a mess. Here is a northern rule from my area. If you are sitting at a bar waiting on a friend or two and you need to ask someone to move a couple chairs so you and your friends can sit together, you buy that someone a drink to say thank you.

The basic cause for this and many other controversial situations (fiscal cliff as another example) is the lack of bipartisan politics. Obviously it takes two to tango, but my opinion is the White House is off base and cramming crap down our pocket book. Could these layoffs occur with Romney winning, possibly, but probably not during the next 6 months. Good Luck to all government contractors.

Saints are desparate, thus probably them, but if not I would guess Tampa. Tampa always seems to play the Falcons tough. Falcons recent record is encouraging, but Tampa is playing some real good football right now.

As a son of a former cop who went undercover for two years investigating narcotics, I can assure you, drug related warrants are not petty, They are as dangerous as any other felony. This situation is filled with questions and the answers won't be presented for months probably. It is sad a man lost his life, a wife and kids lost their loved one. The facts are a warrant was issued. Task force related warrants are usually well founded. But on the flip side, my father told me many stories about mistakes being made during similar situations. Humans make mistakes, whether they are citizens o
