You should follow up with your insurance company. Part of their service to you is acting as your collection agent and even filing suit if necessary to recover your out of pocket deductible. I'd check into that with your insurance company. If you had discount coverage or they haven't taken action, you can always take the driver to small claims court on your own. Luck!

We used to go there as kids. We stayed there so often, my brother and I worked the stables in exchange for free horse trail rides. The park is beautiful with lots to do. You will love it! Ya'll run off and have fun now!

From Tucson, AZ where I attended the University of Arizona College of Medicine White coat ceremony. Had tons of fun doing all the touristy things and ate lots of great southwestern/authentic mexican food, saw my first prairie dog. I am fat, happy, and over the top proud of my son!

Shout out to Lori and Joe with Citrus Solution. Their service is simply amazing. They have a great product, safe for animals and kids. I thought I was gonna end up getting new carpet, but no, Citrus Solution to the rescue. The water products/steam cleaners and what not have all brought temporary relief for spot cleaning, but never fixed the traffic areas. Citrus Solution got my carpet looking brand spanking new, all brushed up and smelling great! I cannot say enough good things about these folks or their carpet cleaning service! THANKS GUYS!!!!
