He's still sitting in jail. In my opinion, he acted all dazed and out of it, when the judge began by asking him if he understood what the hearing was about, etc. He slowly replied “yes”, in my opinion he was acting...AT FIRST. But the minute the judge asked "this is a bond hearing, no bond has been set, is that correct counselor?" His public defender replied, "yes your honor, it's my understanding, that no bond has been set" Right about that time, Mr. Dazed and confused sat up straight and EXCLAIMED, in a moment of obvious CLARITY "it's my understanding I DO HAVE A BOND, it's $11,200!!" He

Go to ace hardware and get boric acid powder. You can spread the powder or mix with a gallon of water per the instructions. Kills most everything. It dehydrates the exoskeleton. We had a problem with spiders and crawly things, DH spread it around the perimeter of our house and our problem is solved. -
45 mph in a 55 mph zone, talking on their cell phone, EATING, WHILE IN THE FAST LANE, stopping at flashing yellow lights, impeding traffic on Dallas Highway!

What Fire 911 said. Excellent service. I've used Dallas Collision 3 times, all with good results. I've dealt with them for the last 14 years. (wheez!)

Since this is just a bond hearing, I think we can hold our own. But it would be nice to have as much citizen "INPUT" as possible on just how our community feels about releasing this individual back into our community unchecked/unmonitored. My family and I sincerely appreciate all the support and kind words from all. Thank you.

Actually we were going to ask that they either deny his bond entirely or INCREASE his bond. I've talked to a few people that had incidents with him prior to my daughters event. We hope that the others that encountered him before this incident will come to court and speak out. At least in jail he is in the medical unit getting regular medication and not "allegedly" trying to grab young girls from behind, chasing them or enticing minors for indecent purposes!

Congratulations! DH and I celebrate 29 years this Saturday. I have no clue where/what we're doing!

She is not 16. Rode hard and put up wet is an expression my Grandpa used for worn out horses. I think it applies here too. She just wants to project the tween image to launch her singing career. I smell a reality tv show being pimped around to see who bites. Please don't bite. There's enough trash on tv as it is...

Just a reminder to all who are interested to attend, Bond hearing for Brandon Casey Walden, the 33 year old man that "allegedly" tried to attack my 16 year old daughter outside East Paulding High School May 18, 2011, hearing is set for this Thursday, June 23, 2011 at 9:00 first floor, Paulding Magistrate Court. Please come and voice your opinion as to whether this man should get a bond or a bond reduction and be allowed to roam the streets of Paulding County. Thank you.

DH is off this afternoon to Virginia Beach, Baltimore, New Jersey, Michigan. I do not envy him, well, except for the Virginia Beach stop!

We took DH to Huey Luey's on Saturday for father's day. Across from us there was a mom with her 4-5 year old seated across from an older couple. The entire meal the kid stood in the booth, jumping up and down, squealing loudly, he was so hyper he literally tried to jup up to see over the back of the booth. Mom just sat there oblivious to it. It was annoying. And the kid got food everywhere, even under the table! We enjoyed our meal AFTER they left. We always bus our table, and have everything ready for the server to carry away. We leave it neat and tidy just like we found it. I don'

My Mom and Dad always said I love you. But we weren't the huggy feely family. We knew we were all loved, just not so much hugging or kissing going on. That is until I married DH and he brought the hugs to our family. After we married we couldnt' see Mom and Dad without everyone getting hugs and kisses and I love yous. Add to that xxx1000 after the grandkids came along. I credit DH for bringing the hugs. (((hugs))) Although Mom and Dad have both walked on ahead, my family remains one big huggy kissy I love you and I don't care who hears me say it family!

755 Club is a great option, evening game would add to that. Try a behind the scenes tour of the Aquarium, costs more but you do get up close and personal, get to feed the fish if you want, etc.
