I was wondering the same thing. I have seen so many close calls lately. Mostly people making turns in front of oncoming traffic. I saw one this morning in Hiram do it right in front of a tractor trailer. I thought for sure they were going to get hit. I cant understand why that extra minute is so important. Also last week we were leaving Burnt Hickory ballfield heading back toward Dallas, going the speed limit. A vehicle was riding my arse for miles, then passed me like a maniac. You could always look into purchasing a 2nd home and renting yours out. The home values are down, but it seems rent is still the same. We have a house next to us that we would like to purchase. Big Mike is really good. What I like about Casey, is watching him when the others are singing. You can see him on the balcony, smiling, and really enjoying the music like he is "in to" it. He is not standing there nervous because someone may be doing a good job. I think he is an all around good person, and a good singer. I would like to see him do something with a little more "kick". Its not crazy bad..I actually had no issues for the first 3 years. Then, we had a teenager living with us, and learned things I wished I hadnt.

Howdy neighbor! I'm not scared, so to speak, but I know of things around here that I never had to deal with in the area I grew up in. From juvenile "gang initiation beatings", to stolen bicycles, hard drug use, etc. You just never know. There are bad teen crowds around here that are much worse than people may think. I was no angel, but some of the things that I've seen/heard blow my mind.

I believe the guy that murdered the woman on the Silver Comet Trail got death. I could be wrong, of course! (I hope he did)

I live in Southern Trace, but closer to the Sunset Mountain side. I wouldnt live in the back from what I've heard. We had some issues last night too. I was sleeping, and my boyfriend was rustling around--woke me up. I asked him what he was doing. A car had broken down out front, and he looked out the window to see what was going on. As he looked, he saw someone walk into our backyard--so he grabbed the gun and went out. Nobody was there, so I assume they just "passed through". People are so rude and inconsiderate. I'm seriously thinking about setting some bear traps.

Prayers for all involved. Sometimes there are "true" accidents, and this may be one of them. He may not have known his condition, until it was too late. You never know when you or another driver may encounter a medical condition behind the wheel..kind of scary.

Oh, we can go on and on about this. While we are at it, lets tax all the fried foods, candy, etc because skinny people can get clogged arteries, diabetes, and other diseases as well. Its not about taxing the people, its about taxing the products. I'm a smoker and it irritates me that they keep raising the taxes on them, but I'm definatley NOT in favor of opening this can of worms of taxing everything we like so much. It is a joke that they say the more expensive prices will get people to quit. They dont want people to quit, as it is a big money maker. If it wasnt, they wouldnt be legal.

I believe that history in the schools has always been manufactured and fabricated stories. I dont think this is anything new. I dont agree with it. I would rather learn about true events, good or bad. Thanks for posting....just to make it seem to be in the correct forum---I wonder if Carl Edwards wished he could re-write history??
