I'm so glad I am not the only one who saw it that way.

I didn't read the second and third books in the series. I'd had enough of that crap before I finished the first one. That book sent COMPLETELY the wrong message to women. I was actually angry after reading it. It is NOT OK for your guy to dictate where you are at every minute, what you wear, how you wear your hair, etc or expect you to jump when he calls you. It's one thing to worry about your love but another to furnish them a car and a cell phone so you can know where they are at all times. And if you're a woman and you allow a man to do that to you, you have problems. BIG probl

Harvard Study regarding gun related deaths

I guess that explains Bloomberg. -
There were some semesters I missed more than I was there. I had really, really, REALLY bad allergies (which now I know what they were) and kept getting sick. My senior year, I missed so many days the first quarter (first year we did that) that I went ahead and dropped out, going back second and third quarter and then summer school. I got sick with mono about two weeks into the nine weeks. I wasn't able to even attempt to go back until week six, which gave me essentially two weeks to catch up. I don't think it's unreasonable at all to expect a kid to miss fewer than 16 days a year.

Harvard Study regarding gun related deaths

Like getting pregnant, all it takes is one shot. As my husband told the guy at Academy today when he said the drawback to the particular pistol we were looking at was that it only came with one clip, if you can't get them with 10, you're not likely to need 11. -
Harvard Study regarding gun related deaths

The murder rate in Russia, where handguns are banned, is 30.6; the rate in the U.S. is 7.8 And if we, as a nation REALLY wanted to reduce the accidental death rate, we could start with automobiles. And texting or talking on the phone while driving. 33,808 deaths nationwide due to motor vehicles in 2009. Gun related murders were 11,078 in 2010. There were more suicides by firearms than murders. To be honest, if people want to kill themselves, they will find a way to do it, gun or no gun. At least generally with a gun, they don't take an innocent victim with them. This from T -
Can't happen. Insurance companies have to spend 80% of their revenue on health care costs. At least that's what I've been told.

You're 100% correct. Bad guys will ALWAYS have guns or another method of committing murder or another crime. Lots of truth to the saying "guns don't kill people. People kill people". -
http://www.breitbart.com/Big-Government/2013/08/27/Harvard-Study-Shows-No-Correlation-Between-Strict-Gun-Control-And-Less-Crime-Violence A Harvard Study titled "Would Banning Firearms Reduce Murder and Suicide?" looks at figures for "intentional deaths" throughout continental Europe and juxtaposes them with the U.S. to show that more gun control does not necessarily lead to lower death rates or violent crime. Because the findings so clearly demonstrate that more gun laws may in fact increase death rates, the study says that "the mantra that more guns mean more deaths and that fewer gun

Also ask to see an insurance binder. Make sure it is current.

Oh, me, too. Loved, loved, loved them. Knew all the words to all the songs, knew who was singing lead in every song. Finally got to see them in concert at Six Flags about 20 years ago. It was one of two long-held wishes. One was to see them and the other was to see Lynyrd Skynyrd. Got to see both of them, FINALLY! I was in my 40s when I saw Skynyrd. I acted like I would have if I had actually seen them when I was 19. I got sick and couldn't go that time. That was when they did their live album in Atlanta.

Yep, 1973. That was the year I graduated from high school.

Seals and Crofts Summer Breeze Used to listen to it in the car almost every day coming home from school. It was a pretty good drive from Wheeler High School to Smyrna so I had plenty of time to listen to the radio. This was my very favorite song. But like you said, the Beach Boys WERE summer. Surfin' Safari, Surfer Girl. Ah, those songs were part of the reason I wanted to move to the beach.

My sister and brother in law have spent more time together as a couple since their divorce than they did while they were married. I still have hopes of them getting back together. They have been divorced more than 20 years. I think their divorce hasn't worked very well either.

On Cobb Parkway, down around where Cumberland Blvd comes into Cobb Parkway, maybe even just a little closer to the river. I think Vinings Bottle Shop is close to the right area. Once they started building Cumberland Mall, that whole area changed.

It's Creig. Wonderful guy. His parents are awesome, too. Love Ms Monnie and Mr Bill. Rainwater installed two systems for us, one in our rental and one in the house we were living in. They have serviced both systems. They even calmed me down when I thought the house was going to burn down around me (turned out to be a belt causing all the smoke). And when I say "calmed me down", I was hysterical when I called them. Those who know me personally know I don't DO hysterical.

I hope and pray that I was seeing things when I saw someone,or more precisely SOMETHING, in my house while I was asleep. My husband said there was nothing there. I wasn't convinced of that. Wasn't convinced of it then and still not, close to 20 years later. He/she/it visited several times. That was the first time it was inside. Most of the time it was hanging by the gutter, looking in the window. On a serious note, I wonder if the fact that these are older people it is talking about, if there is something in the medications so many older people take that is causing this to happen. Mos

If you know the county, check the sheriff's department website. Most of them allow you to search both current inmates and those recently arrested.

18 of my 21 job interviews have come from Craigslist ads. With one exception, I drove by first or checked out the place on Google. That one place I couldn't find on Google but knew the area and felt OK about it. Several of those interviews I carried in nothing but my keys, my cell phone and my pepper spray, all tucked in my pocket out of sight. I'd lock my purse in the trunk and lock the car.

It cost us $7500 in repairs to our house. Not sure what parts of Florida were hurt by the cancellations but I haven't heard any totals of anticipated loss of income as yet. Still a much, much better year for the panhandle than the year of the oil spill.

That's where a bunch of us went to eat the day of my grandmother's funeral. I remember it well. Probably before your time, but what about a little bar (I think) called The Sugar Shack?

Sounds like the sorry food is just one of several problems they have.

Interesting. Their website is "locked".
