We learned today... 2 or 3 times a summer- spray down the outside part of the ac with Greased Lightening or 409 and let it sit. Then spray it off to rid your unit of built up dirt and possibly dryer lint. If the unit cannot pull air in- the compasitor (sp) will blow and your house will be hotter than crap! We change our filter once a month.

So excited for you! Being a Nana has made me so very happy! I'm 46 and Kaylee is 13 mos. She is my total joy. Daughter and fiance' made her for us by total accident. I cried tears of joy when they told us. My sister made Mama a Grandma at 40 so we are not that young! You will enjoy him or her so very much. More than you ever could have imagined!!! Yep. It is quite possibly, the worst pain I have ever had!! Gone through child birth, too many female issues and let me tell you- kidney stones make you want to die.
