  1. We had a micro burst in our back yard. Trees down in one small area. Limbs ripped from trees and in the woods, a tree was rooted! The garden got a bit winded. BUT we only have 12 tomato plants. They were right in front of the wooded area where the trees and limbs were taken off but just got rustled. Amazing!!!!

  6. I've been lurking in the shadows and have had them both in my thoughts alot these last weeks. Lots of good thoughts! I don't know them but wish them the very best now and always.
  7. I hope more people watch. There have been many stories about the crash and I have enjoyed them all. This one is different because it tells why the plane crashed and gives you a glimpse into the actual people here in Paulding County, who were are still are, affected by it. Quite interesting, in my opinion.
  8. Very interesting story. I wept for those who lost their lives. I wept for them all.
  9. now. Just an FYI SMITHSONIAN... OOPS
  10. So, she is saying her OWN daughters were immodest?!?!? What is wrong with this picture? He belongs in prison, general population. And quite frankly, so do his parents.
  11. Got back from the Dr at around 11. He was ok with running a Lyme Disease test, which stunned me. But he asked that I wait until my meds are completed to see if I saw a significant change. I am home an extremely nauseous. My favorite Man is home with me today and is taking extra good care of me. The numbness isn't as bad as it was but the dizziness hasn't changed. MRI scheduled for Monday. So annoyed.
  12. Mei Lan- It is an overall head to toe feeling of numbness. Got a DR appointment in the am.
  13. Thanks, LPPT. Will do. Susie, I don't do fake sugar. Fortunately, I never liked that taste. I really hope it is JUST an inner ear infection. This has been a really bad week.
  14. I have another appointment at 8 tomorrow. I am going to go ahead and ask for the western blot. Can't hurt.
  15. For the last week or so, I felt kinda numb in the am. Yesterday, I was told to go to the ER. They said I had vertigo and gave me meds. I don't feel any better today. Just wanted to get your experiences with Vertigo and if anything helped. No, I am not asking the "Dr's of PCOM" for an evaluation. Just experiences and how long this crap lasts.
  16. Copied off FB... It has been two hundred percent confirmed from people who were at the scene and knows the owner of the property that this happened on and who also owns more land across the street as well. Yes there was a man who broke into a home trying to steal flooring, tile, whatever was being used to remodeled with. Yes it looks abandoned from road view. The owner was contacted and called to report it. The suspect faked a seizure which is why the ambulance was on the scene as well. The man was arrested and lied too officers saying he was helping the owner remodel the home. They also
  17. This time, I am serious. I have had some entertaining times on that dock. You do need to get it fixed so I can come close to falling off again. Remember that Laine loved to find that duck under the walk way!!
  18. How many, exactly, is a $hitload? Let's just say each of the six children had 3 kids each. That's only 18. Not a $hitload by any means. Now, if all 6 had 6 of their own, that'd be 36... THAT is a $hitload!!
  19. BB, I am very sorry for your loss. Please know you are in my thoughts at this time.
  20. Great idea on changing them out. I have to get food tomorrow. We hang them on the front porch and watch them out the living room window. I despise the bullies and want to take them out with a BB gun, but don't have the aim or the heart.
  21. ugggg! I hate that crap, too. No idea as to whom can do this removal but it has to be nasty and expensive.
  22. I am quite fond of my 2 Danes. Never thought I'd one one, much less two. Big old lap dogs. Mine are overly needy and well loved. I love these 2 with every fiber of my being. One is smart as a whip and the other.... well, she is a bit of a 'tard. Our first family dog was a pound dog, Cocker/Lab mix. She has such a fabulous personality and loved all humans. She smiled and was just happy all the time. Her down fall was other 4 legged creatures. She wanted them all dead and was determined to take them out all by her 50 lb. self. Once we were at the Vet and a Rottie was with it's person
