We can't do anything about people flying in from other countries. And some of that security is seriously lacking. In one country I flew in from, they give you a special security pass if you are in First Class. That security pass got me to the front of the line and past security without any screening. *THAT* is scary.

The economy has made no change to my spending habits. However, some people should have changed their habits long ago and the economy hopefully has taught them a valuable lesson.

I didn't notice any difference. Flew to Portland ME on the 10th and returned last night. At ATL they had the body scanner and also the old school xray. It didn't seem any different since last time I flew last month. And of course, they did not have the body scanner in Portland, even though that's the airport that the 9/11 hijackers flew through.

I guess I was a lucky one. We bought a short sale and it had not one but TWO mortgages on it from BofA. At 45 days, they accepted our offer and closed on it two weeks later. But we put down almost 80% of the price so maybe that helped.

Fear mongering. I left atl and no xray, just the metal detector. Sitting at portlands jetport right now...no pat down or naked scan either. As for Muslim women, do like they do in every middle Eastern country. Have a "veiled womens" area where they are hidden from public and searched by women. I had it done to me leaving out of Dubai even though I had no veil.

Shocking, no mention of Lupus on House tonight. Had to come to PCom for it.

If it was routine bloodwork, it could be something like high cholesterol levels. I wouldn't worry too much. Worrying does nothing anyway.

We recently bought all new SS appliances (dishwasher, oven, fridge, and built in microwave) at Lowe's. When it came down to it, it was a better deal and way better appliances than we found anywhere else. Plus, they give 10% off with military ID and free delivery.

I, personally, would take the time with my significant other, who thought enough to buy it, and enjoy the time TOGETHER while you have the chance. Sometimes its best just to say thank you and take the gift that has been given to you.

Hopefully someone will buy it and UPDATE it. That place was rundown and out of date. Plus, we went a few years ago for a "Fight Night" and the woman at the door gave my husband back $200 when we paid $40. Maybe they needed to teach their cashiers how to give change.

I love the couples massage...until my husband starts talking to the masseusse. I've even done a couples massage and body wrap with my friend because she was uncomfortable. We had a BLAST!!!
