Search for "butternut squash" and bam! there's plenty of recipes. I usually only use the 4 or 5 star recipes and make sure that you read the reviews, At the bottom of each recipe, they have the nutritional facts. I always eat "healthy" which means to me, I eat "close to the earth". I don't buy packaged or pre-cooked foods, I buy as fresh as possible. Just because the driver was not at charged does not mean the insurance won't pay. A neighbor of mine was hit by a truck when she was little and the insurance company settled, put the money in a trust to be used only for her numerous, lifetime medical expenses.
