  1. Several years ago I put the Mustang through a couple of car shows. I have seen Crown Vics at shows that were customized to look exactly like police cars. I was told by people who were more experienced at the shows than I that you could buy the blue "dome" looking lights online or even the bar type. It isn't against the law for a car to look like a police car but it is against the law to impersonate an officer. The victim in this Paulding case had a hand gun brandished at her by one of the two men. I seen her statement on the news a few days ago. She said she had just cashed her check (whic
  2. Good grief! This reminds me of some of the stunts I grew up receiving from my own mom and it started when I was MUCH younger than 12. After decades of her progressively becoming much, MUCH worse in her actions towards me, I finally threw her out of my life when I was almost 43 and I haven't looked back. If your wife doesn't change how she is acting towards your daughter then this may be the future they will face. If your wife is any type of regular Kohl's shopper then she probably already knows that she can order almost anything found in the store online at Kohls.com. In fact, in my experi
  3. I won't use them at all because you can't buy them with the "bleach" added to them. Like Tide with bleach liquid has the "bleach for colors" added to it. In the case of the ones for dish washing machines they don't contain any real bleach like liquid Cascade contains and I will not wash my dishes without bleach added.
  4. I believe mine is at least 5 years old but it is a personalized plate. Will I receive a new one when I go next week? My husband received a new one but his isn't personalized. His wasn't personalized before he received the new one.
  5. Which hormones does it reduce?
  6. Marietta Eye Clinic. The particular doctor that I see is Dr. Thurschwell. He is very patient. The clinic has several locations (I think there are 7) with MANY doctors, but it is not a national chain. http://www.mariettaeye.com/georgia/our-doctors.htm
  7. Some of the other channels now sell adult toys very late at night. I am talking like 3am and later.
  8. Maybe you should get some swans? I have always heard that they will ATTACK!
  9. I have heard of a gator being found here in the Cobb and Douglas county areas twice in the past 15-20 years. Back when Thornton road was a 2 lane there was a swamp there and a gator or 2 was found in it. Later, in a small fresh water pond on a private residence in Douglasville, a gator was caught. I remember the Douglas county one was run as a story in the paper because it was so huge
  10. During times of war the value of gold will steadily climb. I've been thinking of investing both in shares and in physical pieces. IF there is ever some kind of major disaster or "apocalypse" small physical pieces of silver or gold will come in handy. They would also make a good nest egg. Let me know the places you decide to check out for the coins, as I need to do the same. Good luck!
  11. How beautiful! A tropical theme. I love the chocolate flower on the side.
  12. Blondie, chiggers maybe? DallasRed, try Zyrtec instead of Claritin. It doesn't make everyone sleepy but if it does then take it at night. I have found the Zyrtec Gels to be my best defense. I've also used Nasonex Rx for many years. The Nasonex seems to decrease the swelling of the nasal sinus passages.
  13. That's not true in this area. The water mocs. here are black and they are venomous. They will of course hang around lakes, creeks and rivers.
  14. Now THAT is inventive! On the plus side, ants are a natural enemy to the termites in this area.
  15. We've been with Waste Industries for years and never had a complaint. I received our quarterly bill today and the garbage/recycling has increased by $9.00/quarter with no explanation enclosed! We have never had such a large increase with any waste company ever. I will have to call them Monday. Ugh!
  16. I think when someone dies slowly it gives loved ones time to accept that they are really dying and time to start some of the grieving process while they are stil alive. This makes the grieving process shorter after they die. Although 2 weeks is extremely short, it is not for me to judge as I have never been in their shoes. Their loved one could have told them to go ahead with their life, even while he was dying.
  17. The stiffness is probably an inflammatory response from a pulled muscle. Try taking some Advil or Motrin, soak in a bath with Epsom Salts, try some over the counter muscle rubs, see your doctor for a possible muscle relaxer Rx, try a chiropractic visit and REST. Some people find relief with heating pads, ice or alternating them, but I cannot do much of either one. I have chronic pain and muscle spasms (like you have described) in all my large muscles 24/7 for well over a decade, chronic insomnia, etc. from the fibromyalgia and a couple of other types of arthritis. My first of the major symptom
  18. Sometimes the garbage service will put the can a little too far into the road.
  19. I have had 4 crowns in my life and 2 of them have been replaced a 2nd time. The original crowns that were replaced lasted between 10-15 years before the root broke at the gum line, the crown itself never broke. After the root broke I had metal "posts" placed into what was left of the roots, then new 2nd crowns were made to cement onto these posts. Hopefully they are good for another 10-15 years. Instead of seeing a general dentist for your crowns I would recommend you find a good prosthodontist for any fillings, crowns, bridges, etc. and a good endodontist for root canals. Please do this and a
  20. What paperwork will we need in the future for renewals?

  22. Dell Outlet from Dell home page Tiger Direct sells both new and refurbished in several brands.. Personally I would recommend a Dell over any other brand. My husband has had HP's that were company leased for his work. The HP's weren't the lightest weight, which can be good if you travel with it a lot and need something that won't fall apart when the laptop is used in industrial settings. The HP's also seem to run hotter. I have had a Toshiba which was very heavy when trying to be mobile. The Toshiba was even heavier than the HP's he has had. This seems to be a common trait within the T
  23. I was told that it is in the little park across the street from First Baptist Church in Dallas.
