Did your doctor put you on insulan or glucophage for the diabetes before you were able to start losing? I am asking because I am in a similar situation.

Just don't drink enough that they come back up!

Holy cow! Is it just one way?

Hmmm you guys are making me want to go through my crafting closet! I have alot of problems with my hands now, so I haven't done any crafting in years. Plus I have a TON of household projects I am somewhere in the middle of (yes I have my own tools). I started crocheting at age 7 and by the time I was 9 I was making barbie doll dresses etc. My Mom taught me, along with a few beginner books. My great grandmother passed when I was 5, but apparently she was also very good at crochet. My Mom passed to me a hand crocheted ivory lace tablecloth that my great grandmother made. It is huge but my

What tunnel?

Actually 5:03 and 5:14 am CDT would be 6:03 and 6:14 am our time in Georgia. Yes I can feel them as small as 2-3.0. I am very sensitive to movement/vibration for some reason. A few years ago a 3 occurred, I believe the epicenter was towards Athens and we of course live in Paulding. My cat and I both felt it and looked at each other at the same time, she did with HUGE eyes.. I guess we were both wondering if the other caused or felt the movement LOL. Weird. Friday around this time I thought I felt something, but I had taken my Ambien and was walking into the bathroom before trying to sleep

Barely here. Don't feel bad H.P. I done some shopping errands, went to Longhorn's and the movies, all by myself tonight. It happens to everyone sometimes.
-
Good deal. Be safe on your trip.
-
I think I will just be hanging out with the cats and watching movies. I seem to be having a fibro flare up or something. Whatever everyone does be safe!

Atari and Pacman. Being gone ALL DAY with your bike during summer break until nightfall, with no cellphone or pager (they didn't exist), and your parents knew you were "safe" with the neighborhood kids.

Strangers that I've just met I will shake hands or nod and smile. Friends and family I will HUG. Everyone knows that I am a huggie type of person. Hubby gets big hugs, kisses and bewbie hugs on a regular basis.
-
I really hope you feel better soon. Thank God for your kids to help out.

I agree with Surepip, they are the best around locally. Hubby always rents from them when he has to drive out of town to a nearby state for work related reasons. That is pretty frequently and they usually bring him home too (a big thank you to them from me!).

Yes I have been there hun, it was also while working in the yard. Just going inside for cool air, resting and drinking water or gatorade helps. If anymore dizziness occurs then you should see a doctor. BTW, I think I know who your good friend is. Her grandkids are visiting this week and have been playing in both our backyards.

My stepmom had to spend over $10,000 on a lawyer AND her doctor had to appear in court along with her previous employer. This is why I have never even applied. Too stressful. Congrats on your success!! -
Heat exhaustion and dehydration will both do that too. I hope you are resting and feeling better now.

Ohhh I want to go to Ireland and Scotland and hubby promised before we got married. MaryKay, the Grand Canyon is beautiful! We went in April though, not September, so I am not sure how it is during that time of year. Will Vail, CO have snow by September? In the NE part of the country the leaves should be turning by September.

Alot of people that is looking for a place to fish
msgastorm replied to jmd's topic in RECENT TOPICS
My Mom use to take us fishing at lake Ramona when we were kids. It has always been a good fishing spot so I was surprised to hear it was closed. I am glad it has reopened. Thank you for the info. Is it permanently reopened to the public now or just for July 25th? -
Three days? Try three WEEKS mandatory for all employees, to be taken within a 5 month period! That is what my hubby's company is doing and while there are 2 offices in the U.S.A the primary office is in Germany. His department is also going full speed, so his coworkers aren't sure why they are having to take it. Three days is just a mini vacation.

Not no but HELL NO! There is a reason I don't go into those 2 forums. When people get mean it gets on my nerves, heck even the topic headings get on my nerves. So I don't want to see it. Then what about those who are really young and have access to Google? Should they be seeing what goes on in political and religious forums?

Lunesta was like a baby aspirin to me, it did nothing at all. After a week I was begging to be switched back to Ambien and it only works some times. Melatonin always had me waking at the crack of dawn, even if I had just gotten to sleep 1 hour before, then I would go into a depression after a few days. I believe it all depends upon the person's brain chemistry.

calling all Pcom decorators and Martha Stewart wannabees

My hubby likes the linen smell but hates just about any other, not even the pine and he is an outdoors type of guy. I would think the sandlewood would also be a good man's scent. -
Congrats AJ! I am so happy for you. I think P.com needs a bulletin board for all the beautiful babies and children every one talks about.

PM LPPT. I think Tybee is her favorite spot.
