Thanks for the advise, I am a novice at all this handyman stuff. The last house I bought was brand new so there was little to no work needed, this one is preowned and foreclosure so I have a lot of stuff to do and trying to do it myself to save money. Thank goodness for YouTube. So no glue. Should I use the nail gun or hand nail it and finish with nail set? I am thinking it would be best to cut to length, drill pilot holes then hammer.

I have baseboard. Just worried about splitting it with the nail gun and don't want to have to drill a bunch of pilot holes.

Anyone ever use it? I got my hardwood flooring installed and now I need to put the quarter round down along the floor and baseboard. I was thinking of using the liquid nail stuff instead of the nail gun. Figured it might be easier then trying to nail the quarter round into the wall studs.

I have been through that area countless times, surprised there is not some sort of marker or memorial. If there is I have never noticed it. But then I have not been looking.

The Douglas DC-9 was damaged from a severe thunderstorm. Every 10 years since the crash the survivors attend a ceremony in remembrance of the victims of the crash. It is the largest survivors group of its kind.

so then there really is no point in giving Obama 4 more years since he can't fix anything. Might as well give the next person a go at it. Most people with a modicum of common sense already know you can't fix everything in 4 or 8 years. But you can at least get the ball rolling in the right direction and hope it will continue to go that way. I have no political degree and do not claim to have one, but my opinion is Obama is not leading us in the right direction of getting back to "normal". I would rather have Clinton back then Obama for another 4 years.

sounds like blackmail to me. We can always withhold aid to them until they start acting civilized. Actions should have consequences. Even on the national level. We can't just sit back while our Embassies are attacked which is sovereign US territory. If we don't response in some manner there is no deterrent and they will continue or escalate the level of violence. I have not heard a peep out of the so called Egyptian government. Just the US apologizing for something that is not for them to apologize for in the first place.

So your justification is so they can have a better army and not attack Israel? Maybe if we did not give them money they would not attack Israel because they had a weak army? I don't see how anyone can justify giving "aid" to a country that is not friendly with the US. Maybe we should show some real stones and cut off all aid until they show true reform.
