Why would you source a Network new station in the first place? Just another example of someone trying to push their own personal agenda on others.

The reason they want you to use the security deposit for rent is because they do not have it to return to you. Since the place is in foreclosure sounds like they have been taking your rent money and using it for themselves instead of applying it to the mortgage like they are suppose to do. And they used your security deposit also instead of putting it in an escrow account like they are suppose to. Or they just want to keep it for themselves like they did with the rent money.

Drinking water is a career ender but getting a Lewinksi in the oval office is acceptable.

Never blamed the server, I said to just pay for it. I guess I did not know it was not free refill because I never order a juice. In the past I always had a sprite/sierra mist. But since I stopped drinking soda I had to get something else. In the past I have been getting their fruit drink called splash berry, I always got free refills of that. But lately I have been thinking I might be coming down with a cold so the past 2 times I ordered OJ. This was the first time I had a refill. Going to just stick with water.

So this morning we stopped by a place for breakfast that has International Pancakes. I ordered an orange juice. Later on during the meal I finished said orange juice and the server came by and asked if I wanted a water or something. I asked for another orange juice. When we got the bill it turned out the orange juice was not a free refill drink. What would you do at this point? Would you chalk it up as a error on your part for not reading the menu that it was not refillable and go ahead and pay for it or would you complain to the server about not knowing it was a none refillable dr
