  1. Until the American congress makes it mandatory and gives you money to afford it alternate energy vehicles will always be a after thought. There is just not enough demand for it and the majority of the American people do not wish to give up their gas guzzlers until the American politicians make them to expensive to afford. If I could afford it I would buy me a Leaf. I could do all my days business on one charge.
  2. Mine says the 11th. I wait with baited breath.
  3. Don't you just love it with the other driver does something totally idiotic then gets mad at you if you honk at them or give them a "gesture". Like somehow it is your fault that they are a moron.
  4. They have to rob peter before they can pay paul.
  5. To the American Left Wing Liberals ... Anything bad happens, it is Mr. Bush's fault. Anything good happens, Mr. Bush had nothing to do with it. Anything the Liberals don't like, it is Mr. Bush's fault. Anything the Liberals like, Mr. Bush is trying to stop it. It's a very simple world. See what I did there.
  6. I wonder how people managed to survive before the "temporary" tax decrease? :pardon:
  7. She teaches both keyboard and guitar. My son takes piano there and the person in the class before him takes guitar.
  8. I hate it when my skill goes soft.
  9. I might suggest you ask your policy holder if the shutters are covered.
  10. If your a Netflix subscriber and you have not watched the new series House of Cards you need to. It is a political drama/thriller starring Kevin Spacey, Robin Wright and Kate Mara. It is set in DC and about the quest for political power. Al thought the main political characters are Democrats the show is pretty Apolitical. Oh, and did I mention it stars Kate Mara.
  11. Bullocks, it's an op-ed piece and can not be trusted. Where is the research paper on economics and your education CV showing your economic course work.
  12. Very good questions. For their sake I hope they checked with the corporate lawyers before taking any actions.
  13. I don't disagree with you, the restaurant probably would not have done anything about. I guess my point is people are siding with the waitress saying she should not have been fired. If she wants to take matters into her own hands then she has every right to do that, but the restaurant also has the right to fire her for taking matters that did not even involve her into her own hands. And I totally agree with you on the opinion of the "preacher". Actions have consequences. (for both parties)
  14. Don't you think that is a conflict that should be handed by the restaurant and not the court of public opinion? Edit to add: If the person violated a company policy then they stiffed the restaurant and the restaurant has the option of taking legal matters against that person. The server did not have a right to post the receipt online.
  15. Your right, about the actual server not posting it. It was another server. But either way she had no right to post it online. People really need to think twice before posting stuff online for the public to see. Actions have consequences.
