Seems to me most people missed the question. No you do not need an agent to BUY a house. But if you do not have your own agent then you would work with the sellers agent and they are working for the seller NOT you. You can look for houses for sale on various websites like realtor.com and zillow.com to name a few. When I was looking for my house I used realtor.com and what I did was go through and find about 5-8 houses I was interested in then send the MLS to my agent. She would then call and see if they were available and setup a time to see the house if it was. Majority of the

I have used WellsStar almost exclusively for the past 10 years. I would buy into an insurance plan from them. Personally I think that is the best way to do it. Hospitals should offer their own insurance plan. It would reduce costs by eliminating the middleman.
