  1. The wsb website said 15 and 16 year old went to buy drugs with no intention of paying for them. Very, very sad. Especially for the parents
  2. Been using BLD for about 7 or 8 years. $48 every 3 months and I don't ever remember them raising their rates. They drive slowly into the neighborhood, unlike American who FLIES in here every week, grab the trash and they are gone. Never an issue.
  3. Sounds like you are not alone! I wouldn't worry about hurting his feelings. My 10 year old has had to wear deodorant for about 2 years. I told him I'm gonna tell him the truth, kids can be very mean and he does not want to be labeled as the stinky kid! lol I "remind" (nag) him every day to put it on just to find out he was only making 1 swipe haha oh well we will get it right.
  4. So sad I swear I only use the lights that i know have a green arrow....it's scary out there.
  5. Hmmm........they stole a bible? How strange. Maybe they opened it and read it? But probably not
  6. Would love to know what, if anything, they find out. Just seems odd. I'm in there at least twice a week.
  7. I also heard good things about McLendon, but not in network. We go to Hiram Family Dentistry but their ortho is only there on Fridays. Keep that in mind. Had free consultations at orthozone and Dr. Harless. My son really liked Dr. Harless which surprised me because his office is nothing fancy at all. Unlike orthozone who had the game room and is aimed towards kids. We went with Dr. Harless because #1 he was $400 cheaper, but also because I liked the fact that he only wanted to turn my son's key on his expander twice a week not once a day. He's only 10 and he said he didn't want to mess with
  8. We always trick or treated the day before when I was growing up. I don't know why, never really cared. My friend in Canton said her neighborhood is having trick or treat tonight. It doesn't hurt to ask.
  9. Yeh I have a LG phone ( that I hate) using Verizon network. I'm close to Mt. Tabor Park and never have any problems. Save a ton of money using Straight Talk.
  10. This is funny because next year my son will start middle school and he will catch the bus at the neighborhood entrance. I don't like it at all. I'm already thinking of where I'm going to watch him from (I have 2 younger children too).
  11. I have always thought middle school aged boys were probably the most vulnerable? Because they are more likely to be alone at bus stops, restrooms, etc. I close the door to the stall I'm in so why on Earth would I care if someone brought their "child" in? Because that's what they are, children! If we don't look out for them who will!!! I'm able to let my two boys go together. You know the buddy system
  12. I absolutely agree with Mrs. G! We have never had an issue in 7.5 years.
  13. Ugh, yes, I know that guy! Of course he tried to lure my kids over to his table for candy. Aggravating! I told him I didn't have any cash (which wasn't a lie) and he's like I can take a credit card. Um no, that's never going to happen. I refuse to go there on the weekends....
