  1. I play survivor everyday just driving to and from work.
  2. clean driving record, no criminal record, no drug use. That just eliminated over 50%.
  3. The story being told by the media is that he did not know about the robbery on the initial stop, telling them to get out of the street, he started to drive off when he heard about the robbery and the suspects descriptions, realized it might be them and backup to confront them. This also jives with others accounts stating that he drove off then stopped and backup.
  4. So what you are saying is there has been lots of qualified black candidates for police officer but the white racists police department would not hire them. I would love to know just how many qualified black applicants have applied to be police officers in the past 5 years in Ferguson. All we hear about is how the town is 70% black yet they only have 3 black officers but not how many black qualified candiates have been turned down. Get those facts then you would know if it is a racist police force or not. Of course now they will be forced to hire more blacks, qualified or not.
  5. This is where the problem is, no one is giving the officers side of the story which is a lot more closer to reality then what has been told so far. What should have happened is there should have been a investigation and a press release giving the facts of the case based on the evidence as soon as possible instead of letting the media run wild with the wrong story. All we are hearing in the news outlets and from the family and friends is Brown was a sweet innocent kid just minding his own business and a white racist cop pulled up and shot him in the back. All of which has been debunked.
  6. He lied just like everyone else to cover up the fact that Brown was a thug criminal with no respect for individuals or the law. The brutal fact is Brown got what was coming to him. He threatened the life a police officer and lost. Think about it for a second without your consiracy hat, what do you think would have been the outcome if Wilson had not shot Brown? Brown was running at the officer after previously trying to take his weapon. Do you think Brown would have just taken the weapon and admired it? Of course not, he would have killed the cop or that the very least possibly beat
  7. So your saying you don't beleive her story? What she says happens backs up the current evidence released. Wilson suffered an eye injury which would indicate a struggle, Brown was shot in the front, not the back like originally claimed, which would indicate he was moving towards the officer and not away. I have heard people say a shot was fired in the vehicle which would also be consistant with a struggle and fighting for the weapon and it being discharged during the struggle. Brown just assaulted a police officer do you really think Wilson is just going to let him walk away because
  8. /officers-version-of-ferguson-shooting-revealed/ The clearest account yet of Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson's version of events was phoned into a national radio show Monday. A woman identified only as "Josie" called Radio America's "The Dana Show" claiming to be a friend of Wilson's, and gave his side of the story. It is in the interest of everyone that we hear the officer's side as well. Josie says Wilson initially saw Brown and his friend walking in the middle of the street, rolled his window down and told them to get over. When they wouldn't, "he pulled up ahead of them, an
  9. Good question. When I was a MP in the Army we were told not to put a round in the chamber until we needed it. I do not know anyone who actually followed that rule because when the time comes to need a round in the chamber it is going to be to late to chamber a round. To take it one step farther, when I was in Germany we were told we could not even put a magazine in the weapon because it was to "threatening". Needless to say no one followed that rule either. Better to be tried by 12 then carried by 6.
  10. No, and he was not intentionally aiming for his head. Police and the Military are trained to shot "center mass". They are not trained to shot for the leg or arm or some other none vital organ. It is center mass every time all the time. Also think about the circumstance, Brown was more then likely charging at the officer and the officer felt his life was in danger so he pulled his weapon and started firing. It is not a situation where you can calmly pull your weapon and have time to take aim at a body part. You pull your weapon and start pulling the trigger as many times as you can unt
  11. I don't think the shirt is offense either and I think the guard at Six Flags was just being a douche bag but regardless if he was told to change it he should have complied.
  12. From the story so far the only reason Brown was stopped was because he was walking in the middle of the street. All he needed to do was say "yes sir" and get his fat ass out of the street. He would still be alive today to walk in the middle of the street.
  13. A modicum of respect would have saved Browns life.
  14. amusement-park-apologizes-gun-shirt-error First off let me clarify for those that do not know, I am a Army Veteran. This "Marine" is wrong and Six Flags should never have apologized. If Six Flags told him the shirt was offensive the correct response would have been an attempt to explain it to them then if they still said he needs to cover it up or put on another shirt then the correct response should have been, "yes sir 3 bags full sir." Not run off and cry to the media. Just because he is a veteran does not somehow grant him special privedges or give him the right to circumve

    ATM

Get your mind out of the gutter. Why is it when people are sitting behind another vehicle at the ATM(automatic teller machine) they do not use that time to get their card out of their wallet/purse and if they are making a deposit get their stuff ready? I was three cars deep the other day, all female drivers but men do the same thing, and none of them bothered to get their card out of their purse before pulling forward. I watched each of then pull up to the machine, pick up their purse and then dig through it to find their wallet then get their card out. Then of course when they were
  16. I always find it interesting how people protest violence with violence and destroy the place the live in. I like how they through in the comment “This one here looks like his head was bent downward,” he said, indicating the wound at the very top of Mr. Brown’s head. “It can be because he’s giving up, or because he’s charging forward at the officer.” Take into consideration that all the bullets where more then likely fired in less then 3 seconds there was never time for him to "give up", he was falling foward from the other rounds hitting him as he charged the officer. Not matter wh
  17. When they least expect it. It works best when you walk up to them and ask them if they expect it? When they answer "expect what?" BANG you hit them. They never see it coming.
  18. Sometimes there is no point in debating things. Which is most of the time around here.
  19. Only people who can actually hinder your "freedom of speech" is the Government. I bring up the Dixie Twits as an example of people who cry about their freedom of speech being violated when it is not. Or people who complain about losing their freedom of speech because other people do not agree with what they say. You can says what you want, people have the right to disagree.
  20. Maybe you should school yourself first on what "freedom of speech" means before you post stuff about people not having freedom of speech. Let me help you out. The First Admendment only protects you from.......wait for it....................................THE GOVERNMENT. Shocking I know. If your a public figure like a singer/group and you say stuff that people do not agree with and radio stations stop playing your music and people stop buying your CDs there is nothing you can do about it. Going on a talk show and crying about how your freedom of speech was violated only makes
