I have yet to see a lawyer driving a tow truck. After the fact it will take a "jury of the trucker's peers" to convict him on violating Westboro's civil rights with nothing but circumstantial evidence. Good luck with that in Brandon and places like it.

Judge Sides with Players in Round One of NFL Lockout
lotstodo replied to zoocrew's topic in RECENT TOPICS
Several pundits, including the NFL Commissioner, are surmising that this ruling will effectively end the NFL's anti-trust exemption, which means that all players are free agents when their contracts expire, there will be an end to payroll caps, and there will be no draft as all players coming into the league are free agents, free to sign with the richest team. The result will be a wider disparity in player salaries and a wider disparity in team payrolls, and a complete end to parity. Some are saying that as many as a half dozen teams could fold completely within 2 years of the ruling if i -
Parking trucks behind all of the cars with Kansas plates in the motel parking lot. Priceless.

That would be funny if it wasn't so obviously pandering. -
Businesses have public lots. Apartment lots are considered private.

You can buy an "ant mote" at birdwatcher's supply. Sometimes Home depot, Lowes, and Walmart have them too. Check next to the hummingbird feeders.

Mimeograph. Now there was a smell. That stuff was third grade Crack.

Contact the Apartment management first and see if they can locate the owner. Not 100% sure about Georgia, but I believe they may even be able to have it towed. Some PD's won't write on private property like apartment building parking lots. Have you tried leaving a note on the windshield explaining to the knucklehead that your dad can't open his door? It might not do any good, but then again it might.

Just a normal day in Paulding county. I've actually seen a version of the lawn chair fishing boat on Lake Alatoona. It didn't have that spiffy Roll Tide decal though. -
She knew what he was doing.... Mrs. Maus was not thrilled with the arrangement. Mr. Maus explained he was not thrilled either. “I don’t like this any more than you. I’m simply doing it for the money.” - From the OP article However, there is no evidence as to whether or not she was aware that he was likely sterile. Common sense would say that she probably had an inkling. That poor slob went from riches to rags in an instant.

DOH! I wish Charlie the best. I'm glad to see that he has another interest beyond drugs, booze, and goddesses. I guess as a baseball fan, he wanted to see the 13th ranked Jackets. Plus it's good to see him out of that durn Yankees hat.

Truth Stranger Than Fiction Traute Soupolos "Traute Soupolos former beauty queen in Stuttgart Germany was sad that she was not getting pregnant. However after seeing a doctor, her husband, Demetrius was told he was sterile. After some soul searching the couple came up with Plan B. Her husband, Demetrius hired his neighbor Frank Maus to get the job done. The man has two children, and has a similar appearance physically to Demetrius. After six months [of negative results] Mr. Soupolos was not understanding and requested Mr Maus see a doctor, which he agreed to. The doctor dis

All we are saying is for God's sake go to court already. I know if I thought I was going to win a law suit, I'd be chomping at the bit to proceed, not to spend $1.5 million in attorney's fees, and paying penalties for illegal procedural moves just to delay that win. It flies in the face of common sense. If it walks like a duck.....

The law here is very plain. Unless he was struck by another vehicle and knocked into the oncoming lanes, he failed to yield the right of way resulting a death. That is a crime, and intent is not a part of that crime. Nobody says that he did it on purpose and nobody contends that any other vehicle was directly involved in or caused this accident and fled the scene. The white truck was in front of the VW, in the oncoming left turn lane. The driver of the truck is not suspected of any wrongdoing, police say he "drove away" from the scene, not fled, and he didn't strike the VW. Police want to kn

Hang in there Pip. It's our money and, IMO, you are unfortunately entitled to it. It's a shame we can't make our illustrious representatives pay out of their own pocket. Had it been their money, I am sure that this would have been settled in weeks instead of years. Maybe Glen will buy us a park or something for our generous donation.
