That shows when 1 or 2 pull together we can make a difference, but when we can get the people to come together as a whole we can change the community. I want to thank Russel and Dianne, Gotcha Lookin Good they done an outstanding job for us today at the food pantry. They tented the windows for us, the food rooms would get to 85-90 degrees with the air on and they came out donated their time to install it, not only that but they talked to the company they get the material from and got them to donate the material. They saved the food pantry alot of money that we can use to feed the hungry people in the community. My hat is off to you for the work you done and the time you took, words can not express the amount of respect I have for you a

I went to work for Cobb County Water in 1988, we were nominated to go to the new jail then and run a cable tv line from County farm Rd to the jail so the inmates would have cable to watch. The whole time we were there digging the ditch, rolling the cable, back filling the ditch and cleaning off the road the inmates sat on the tail gates of the truck and watched. I think it should go back to when it was the county farm, they grow or make or they don't have it, after the start up cost the only thing it would cost is the sheriffs salary. Times are tough and people are hurting. If you need help with food for your family, baby food, house hold items and pet food you can come to the Lighthouse Food Pantry at 294 W I Parkway every Friday from 6:30 - 8:00 we give this stuff for free. The wait seems a little long sometimes but it is well worth it. I read a story once: There was a man that God told him to take a wheel barrell and push it to the top of the mountain. As he was pushing he came across someone and they had a stump they needed to get to the top of the mountain, so they put it in his wheel barrel and he was off again. A little farther he came across someone who needed to get some rocks to the top of the mountain so they loaded the wheel barrel up. I have a well that is about 1000ft from my house and it is not getting power to the pump. So, somewhere in that 1000ft the wire is broke but I don't know where the line runs, so I would like to see if a electrician can trace the wire and figure out where it is broke. Any help or advice is appriciated, my wife is not happy she ain't had water since thursday

It is exciting to see how God is blessing people in these hard times, He has opened this door for us to reach out in his name to be a blessing. So if you are in need please don't be ashamed, everyone hits hard times and this is not a hand out it is a hand up. We have many items to help, they are all free, you just have to fill out a few papers and everything is kept confidential. We have been blessed so we can be a blessing

We can't be there friday because of the food pantry but during the service friday I will take up a special offering if anyone will give and get the money to them. I will continue to lift the family and this singing up in our prayers

Everyday we have to choose, everyday we have blessings and cursings set before us and it IS up to the individual to choose. Death and life are in the power of the tongue, so I choose life in every situation. It may not always be easy but if you choose to seek the good out of every situation, life is much more enjoyable. So choose life, speak life, live life and be life to those who can't see it as good as you can.

The milky color is air, if you had muddy water yesterday and air this morning you can all the water dept. but you will still need to flush the lines in your house. Go to the upstairs bathtub and run the cold water. If it does not clear after a little bit, I'd give it 10 min., then the water dept needs to flush the main line. You may still have some air in other spots but once the highest place is clear the rest should clear up fast.

I will add we are with AT&T, can't use metro bacause where we live, we have no home phone and between the church and food pantry we are on the go alot and they get used alot

Yep we are stuck, live on top of a mountain 4-5 inches of snow now ice and a 1/2 mile drive way down hill, almost did not get up it yesterday at 2:00 so I think we will stay put

We are taking over a building and having everything switched to our name. We need to have the gas switched over but we have never had to deal with a natural gas company, always been on propane. So who is the best, cheapest around Dallas. Thanks

The blue jeep is very interesting, today at 3:00 I was in the right hand lane on 278 at 61 and a Indian gentleman in the left lane decided to pass me and cut in the QT but he missed judged and hit the front of my suburban. If I had not seen him coming he would have completley side swiped me but I locked it down and he clipped my bumper.
