First I want to thank everyone who gave toys, clothes, food and time to someone else . We have been donated alot of toys and clothes in the last week to give out to the less fortunate, we took these items and went into the places we deliver food where we know the people have NOTHING.... We would talk to the parents of these children and would give them toys and that is the only thing these kids will be getting, and the parents were so over whelmed, some with tears and some with excitement, the kids face would light up to when they realized they would get something. You stop and think about it in this day there are so many people that are truly hurting, not neccessarily homeless but all but homeless. We talk to so many people that one would never think that are struggling to survive, no heat or power, water or food. They have a roof but there is nothing inside and these are not dead beets, these are folks just like you and me. Some may make good money but it has been cut and they are just trying to keep from losing what was once comfortable. Some have just feel on hard times some have to make decisions to buy food or medicine to save thier lives, problems

Ha - I have to live with this If it completly froze and I was going to cook it tommorrow I would put it in the sink filled with hot water the rest of the day and change the water every couple hours may not take that long but a froze ham in the oven may not work as well. Once thawed put it in the refridgerator.
