I think according to what I read on here recently I am either a Damn Yankee or a GDamn Yankee, I am having pork and sauerkraut. We build it on our plate - mashed potatoes topped with pork, topped with sauerkraut, topped with sauerkraut juice - topped with freshly chopped onion. Oh YUM!

Twenty two years ago my oldest daughter put a newborn baby girl up for adoption. We planned to embark on an "all out" search for her after the holidays to find her. On December 23, my daughter received a letter from that "now" young woman. She is very anxious to meet us; as we are, her. I found out I am a great grandma. She has a little boy just 19 months old. We also lost a little baby girl to SIDS on November 15. They live in PA. How about that for a Christmas surprise! I hope each of you and yours have a wonderful and safe holiday season. Put publix chicken tarragon salad in the middle of an unbaked butter flake biscuit of some sort. Bake! Or make your own chicken salad using cream cheese and do the same. They make wonderful little chicken sandwiches. Serve warm or cold.

My grandma did too! Lord, I hated that stuff! I firmly believe in vaporizers. They won't cure; but make things more tolerable. I set it up right in my face!

Maybe that is what my problem was earlier last week. I don't remember where I got the number; but the phone rang and rang; and no answer. But I'll try the number from here sometime soon.

I have to disagree on this one also. A co-worker's grandson is only about 10 and his mother is afraid of him. He is already making threats. They sometimes send the other kids to grandparents house for safety and some semblance (sp) of normality. However, I do think the the parents of these children can't look at a tragedy like this week and ever imagine it will be their child committing that act. I also can't imagine keeping guns in a home with this type of personality; again; I think parent diminish the situation. It is sad; and yes, those parents do need help.
