Nope! not free there; I always order a glass of water on the side because I don't want to pay for the extra juice. It has been like that a long time

I also bookmarked this link. Thank you! And I sent it on to my daughter. Another idea; a little off the subject: In summer, fresh flowers in a clear glass pitcher. Before you add the water and flowers to the pitcher, put slices of any kind of citrus (orange, lemon, lime). It makes a beautiful centerpiece. When I was selling my last home, I put it on my patio table on my screened in porch and got many positive comments Also, when selling my home, I boiled cinnamon sticks, ginger, etc. right before a showing. I also use this concoction if something burns in the oven or micro -
I hate that commercial too!

Instead of "Chain Weaver"; I always thought it was Train Waver. I sang it out loud like that until my friend almost fell on the floor laughing.

I retired at the end of 2011. My employer gives me a monthly pension plus I receive social security benefits. Does my pension get taxed? I keep reading opposing answers. I did not work during 2012, I did not withdraw from my 401K. Any ideas? I know I will have to go to an accountant but this seems to be complicated and I have to choose the right accountant.

Prayers for everyone. You love them so much. I am on the middle of the fence right now; my dog can go either way.

I noticed the parking lot was full; great news because I love to support local businesses. When I saw how crowded it was, I also wondered if they were prepared for that crowd. I think they have only been open for a few days! Good news and I will have to go soon!

I ordered mine from Overstock.com. Can't wait to get it.

The Electrolux works!!; it just needs a new cord. My problem is that it is getting harder and harder to move it around. It is very heavy. It has great suction.
-
No matter how big they are; they are still cutie pies to us!
-
I think I should come over and then I could suggest something at the end of the day for next year???
-
I have spent hours googling, and reading reviews; and asking opinions. I decided on a Shark Navigator. Do you think it is time to replace my electrolux? It is from the 1950's. I bought it refurbished. It has been repaired thru the years and the cord replaced several times. The current cord has now been "puppy and cat" chewed so often and taped, it no longer re-winds. This is also a refurbished Navigator; hope I get the same service. Thanks to all opinions as varied as they were!
-
Oh, I was not aware of that. I was thinking it was known for it's suction.

I do not have stairs; all hardwood floors; 6 pets. I plan to buy a refurbished one. any advice?

I just find it hard to believe the parents were involved; I have always wondered about the brother. Sadly, we will never know. The loss of a precious little life!

as a parent, I cannot imagine not knowing my teenager would even THINK about owning a gun. If I knew my teen owned a gun, I cannot even THINK about hitting not them cross the head with a 2 x 4 This HAS to be a culture I have never imagined or will comprehend. Our kids came running to dinner when I rang a bell. If your were out of earshot of the bell, you went too far. Dinner was a family gathering. What parent thinks it is acceptable to have a GUN. I just shake my head when I read these articles. I NEVER saw a family like this; and it is not poverty; I grew up in poverty.

Not surprising; I see that it is expected to go up to 70 degrees by Tuesday; battan down the hatches, y'all.

I can't imagine how demeaning it must feel to do so. I can only hope he was successful.
