We just keep getting those funky screens and this morning, whenj I was trying to post something, when I clicked on the "submit" button, it went to another screen that said...... "URL not found" but, that's about it for us.

We got a new phone last year and it was a touch screen, we took that sucker back the next week. We'd be calling everyone accidently, the scroll thing didn't scroll too well, it was too much of an issue just to place a call. Nope, we don't miss it one bit.

Next it will be the "sugar tax", then the "twinkie tax", then the "pizza tax", the "bread tax" and so on. this is all sooo ridiculous(sp?)!!!

I just changed my settings, also. I forgot to do this when I installed my new printer. I, too, had to purchase ink....... today. Before I could finish getting the info together, for our CPA appt. I just don't trust the "refills" enough, to try it. However, the ink for my new printer only costs, $13 for black and $18 for tricolor at Walmart, at least it's cheaper on ink, than the last printer !!

I get ticked off to no end when some lame person pulls up to the front door of the eateries in that shopping center, they even do it at Kroger. They need to quit being lazy and walk a few extra feet and park in a parking space! I'll tell the speeders to slow down, the stop sign runners to STOP and the front door parkers to go park in a space! Why do these people think they are better than anyone else?

I like the unusual veggies, rutabagas, turnips, brussell sprouts, spinach, asparagus, sauerkraut, sukotash and so on.

I want me some rutabagas and I don't know how to cook them. I don;t like the fancy stuff, just the ones that's cooked the old fashioned way?? I need to go to the store shortly and would like to get the stuff I need, while I'm there. Can anyone offer any recipes or suggestions? TIA!!

I have noticed that there are 50 (yes, I counted them) threads, on the recent topics page, now. I may be mistaken but..............it use not to be "that" long. Yesterday, on the front/first page of the recent topics it went from 12 noon (bottom of the page) to 9 pm (top of the page).
