Yes, she will probably be needing to downsize and get her ducks in a row but, the Judge "could" give her so many months in the home and order HIM to pay the mortgage for her until she does get her docks in a row and is able to move, in "her" own time.

HHS, I didn't get that impression from reading the original post. Regardless, she needs to be back in HER home, I do get it, that the house is in his name but, they are married and she has the right to be there, not the g/f!!!! Ther g/f is NOT the law, she has NO RIGHT to put the wife, child and their stuff out!!! The wife, possibly could have this g/f put in jail for breaking and entering, maybe??? She needs to anyway!! Just for the heck of it!1 (my mean streak showing, again)

When the Insurance Company goes to payout, as in rebuilding, and you come to find out it's going to cost $98 psf (example) to rebuild and you only have it isnured for $68 psf (example) to rebuild. Do you get where I'm going with this? It's better to over insure, because you can't rebuild the same house for the same price as when you bought it. jm2cw (psf= per square foot)

He had NO RIGHT to send his girlfriend to put his wife's stuff out. This could send the g/f to jail. Not too bright, is she? That's not going to look good on his part, I bet!!! If they are married, she has every right to be there, regardless and little girlfriend better get her p's and q's straight before she goes doing something like this again. She needs to know she will be the one going to jail. Does the wife have "proof" who did this? I heard water running once, like you mentioned and went outside to see what was running and our waterhose had burst and water was going everywhere. The funny thing was, we didn't turn on the water and leave it running. I forget now, which is was but, it was either the Lawn Maintainance man or the Exterminater, who used our water to refill his sprayers and forgot to turn off the water. I called the appropriate business, complained and got a reduction on our bill. The water had been running for a while because the hose was all kinked up, split open and the water had been running down the street

If your soup doesn't taste spicy enough or tastes like it's missing something add 2 taco seasoning and 2 ranch, instaed of 1 and 1. As long as the Operating System requirements are met. For instance, if the box says it's for computers with Windows XP, and your computer IS a Windows XP, it would work. If your computer is something other than what is shown on the box, it probably won't work. jm2cw I wouldn't even consider putting it on a laptop without a printer unless, you configure your taxes on the laptop, save it and then print it from another computer.
