LOL... my kinda camping... in a hotel room. You're more woman than me, you would have never caught me out there... I'm such a chicken. I had my share of camping as a kid and I'm done with it.

I"ve been around the board a while, post on and off. I've met a couple people, but I'm BAD with names.... and I don't think may remember my real name either, although I don't hesitate to give it when I meet or PM someone.

LOL No it's not tbird... it's an old man that start w/ S with a tooth ache! ( I say old man lightly, we are the same age!)

Crafts and lots of them! You can pick up some great stuff at the dollar store or on clearance at Michael's. I have a big plastic bin of stuff I've collected over the years.. it is FULL now! Fun things for it: crayons, markers, paints, construction paper, sissors, beads, stickers, ribbon.. anything that can be glued onto something else to decorate it, like buttons, sequins, even dried beans or corn... you'll be surprised what you can find around the house. I also pick up wooden or plaster things to paint when I find them on sale. You can also get wooden bird houses inexpensive to paint..

yummmm would have loved to have a steak from Rodney's but settled for Little C.'s pizza... it's all that was in the buget this week.

I do 1/4 sugar to 1 c water... I don't boil my water or add food coloring. I just stir really well until all of the sugar disolves. They love it! I love watching them fight over the feeder. LOL

Does anyone know of one in the area? Someone open tomorrow hopefully? Trying to help out a friend. TIA!!

I also get lots of headaches and migraines... have a HUGE one today! But have never experienced a "hot" feeling... not to say it isn't normal, just not normal for me. (but then again, I'm not REAL normal! LOL)

I understand that Paulding students will also be allowed to bring a water on the bus for the ride home. Drivers were told to allow students water. With school starting earlier and earlier, and this heat, it's gonna be brutal!

Oh, I hate that... the resturant is great and we love to stay in the Lodge too!

Not only did I stock up on great fresh meat this week, but I got some beautiful hanging baskets for my front portch too!!!!! Wanted those HUGE ferns, but they just wern't in the budget. My petunias are unbelievable though. Love that place!

My daddy.... this week is 4 years that he has been gone. What I'd give to have just another hour with him!!!! I agree... and the good news, is I do spend time with Him every day! Proud to say that I'll also see my Daddy again one day because of His promise!
