The only thing in my bird bath (besides water and the occasional leaf or twig) is a reddish mineral buildup because of the extra-hard water. But yes, love the encouragement to keep clean feeders for our tiny friends.

I believe what you said about the hounds, BS. A friend has a Weimaraner he got as a tiny pup. He's very assertive and worked with the dog all the time. Dog wasn't progressing as he should so when he was maybe a year old he took him to obedience school. Failed obedience school and they wouldn't let him graduate. Hahahhahaha Awesome, loving dog, but not real trainable.
