A divorce is basically a lawsuit. The county where it was filed has it under both names. Cobb County on line records go back farther than most counties so you might get it by the link referenced above. Search algorithms are sometimes fooled by too much info so try different ways the name(s) could (with/without middle names, initials, either/both names, etc.) be listed.
