It is not going to happen, this go round anyway. If the powers that be at the county level want this to happen, let me assure you there is not a thing in the world that you can do to stop it. They will cue it up as general good and all. It is what it is. Smarten up and plan around it. Once you get in a situation that right is right, if they want it, it will happen. It does not matter if it's right or not.

Why even deal with it then. I get that you have other people in your life that you care about but there is still the mail and the phone, hell keep in touch with them those ways.

I used it for about three weeks than I quit. A bit of increased energy and mood was better. I had an issue with getting it down my throat No side effects that I could tell.

Bought my truck at Hardy. My experience was great. They appear to be an asset to their community just by their involvement. If I had young kids, heck, I would go. Sounds like good family fun to me.

Well, the first link said that if your property is changed via eminent domain that you are required to let them know. With all the information out there you would think it is a pretty basic question.

Not sure what IIRC means but what if the loan exceeds the FMV? Considering our current values I would think that many many are upside down on their mortgages. I can't imagine that these folks would be on the hook for the outstanding loan amount. Perhaps part of the settlement is the cancellation of the debt. I don't know that for sure though so I thought I would ask.
