  1. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lGLZ36p8vas&feature=player_embedded If your ego is so big that you think a bunch of cross country 6am business travelers want to hear your beat box, wouldn't you - at minimum - not rock it out in a $17 bought-at-LAX airport sweatshirt? On a flight originating in LAX? And for the love of God, tell your entourage and his Big Lots ipod speaker that he's blocking the first class bathroom...and standing in the way of the flight attendant getting my vodka and OJ. OK, so I'm kidding. I love me some BOB.
  2. http://www.blingblingpoochies.com/ Jus' sayin'...
  3. Who are you and what did you do with NC? You get a small dog and you go soft on me.
  4. I love American Idol... "You didn't make it your own" next performance: "You tried to hard" or "I felt like you didn't have any direction."
  5. Whatever, she sucked...but revoking her citizenship is a little dramatic.
  6. Again, if you're a 4 times a year traveler, you may just get lucky. As a person that flies 2 airlines exclusively 4 times a month, I've moved to Airtran as my second choice airline when Continental isn't available. The nice thing about Airtran is that they appear to almost mirror the flight times of Delta out of ATL.
  7. You can upgrade for $75, only AFTER status members that request an upgrade have been considered. Good luck trying to find a flight that has fee upgrades available. If you fly enough, you'll soon see that Delta is the worst, from beginning to end. But don't it from me... A study found that Delta is the #1 worst airline. Summary report: http://travel.usnews.com/features/Americas_Meanest_Airlines/ AQR 2010 report: http://downloads.aqr.aero/reports/2010aqr.pdf And what chaps my ass even more is that while they posted a huge profit last quarter, they were the FIRST airline to ja
  8. Maybe she was nervous? Armchair quarterbacks and armchair performers?
  9. Undercover Boss is the CEO of Frontier Airlines. I love watching executives see the ramifications of their cost cutting efforts.
  10. Christina hacked the National Anthem....and whew, I've never heard her sing so badly.
  11. If you're going to use Twitter as a business tool, I highly recommend downloading an tool like HootSuite. This will allow you to write and schedule your tweets for when you're away from the computer. It will also let you create follow columns for key words, so that you can be alerted to items that you want to retweet (RT). It's a lot of work - make sure you learn about twitterquette. Just google and you'll get a ton of advice.
  12. I love the idea...and it's already available in college. My son's school requires a laptop for high school.
  13. I also use proactiv (and I'm not a teen!). It really is a miracle...it's worth the money, IMO.
  14. A box and a half a pack of cigarettes and you want to call the cops for this? While it's likely that there is one sitting around drinking coffee is such a sleepy town, it seems a little silly. Sorry it happened; karma is a bitch so rest easy.
  15. How much do I LOVE this BOUCHE??? Holy crap...nut huggers? check. Manbag? check. Snake skin belt? Check. Overgelled hair? Check. Pink v-neck? Oh dear. I love him. His Royal Boucheness. YESSSSSSSS. Gratuitous popped collar.
  16. We went to look at property at the vineyard - very, um, different. I don't think that I could be that close to my neighbors (shared driveway!). They hadn't harvested yet either, so I need to take a run up and see how their grapes were - though my expectations are kind of low for their first couple seasons. Very much enjoyed the food, as did hubby...and he's quite an epicurean.
  17. I had to look him up...what's up with the sticks? He's a football player. Or the shorts? Or the shaved legs? This picture gives me the creeps.
  18. I do agree that the best way to get over someone is to get under someone else. The Scarlet 211 is the best that they have right now. And it's not great. Highly recommend http://www.bsvw.com/. Their Sangiovese is VERY good. It's cheap and a wonderful view. Monteluce is also much more beautiful and close to the rest of wine country. They have beautiful lodging as well and the food is TO DIE FOR. http://www.montaluce.com/the_cottages.html
