I am near sighted and wear glasses for driving and the like. I tried contacts many years ago, but they dried out my eyes terribly. I know that there are now a lot more options with contacts - has anyone had dry eyes with contacts and found a brand that doesn't dry out your eyes?

OK, I want to say that to the best of my research, I cannot see any tax payer dollars being spent on this program. That said, I've not gone so thoroughly through things to see if there are advertising or administrative costs. My 22 year old sister recently got her government phone. I think 60% of the people I know are on an anti-depresant. It's FAR from stigmatized at this point.
