1. I believe I would adopt as well. That way the genetic mutation is effectively killed, at least in my family and provided none of my siblings had children of their own. We already have genetic mutation going on anyway, naturally and scientifically. Another thing, some of you may think I'm crazy and I really don't care, but I firmly believe that Autism and/or Asberger's is a form of evolution, we just see it as different and instinctively want to make them like us...to fix them. Also, you can go to your doctor's office and ask for a series of vaccines to prevent something such as Hepatitis B, af
2.

I decided to watch the video and I agree with you, she does not appear to be a vicious dog. I hope her owner can come up with the funds to cover her vet bill and I'm sure the public will help out too. It does make one wonder if was in fact some one trying to break in and she was defending her territory (inside a fence). Mean people SUCK!!
3. Target is offering a new cell phone service. The plans are about the same as other prepaid services. I have not looked into the reviews for it and it is quite new. I think they also offer a gift card every 6 months of service or something like that. https://corporate.target.com/discover/article/say-hello-to-Brightspot-Target-s-new-mobile-servic
4. Oh Lord, I hope the person(s) that did this are caught. It will be a matter of time before that anger is taken out on a human being. It makes me sick that there are people who can do things like this to an innocent animal. I'm willing to bet the POS that did it, if caught, will have some excuse like he was only defending himself from a crazed dog. I didn't click the link, don't want to see it.
5. I don't dry between mine either, my little piggy's air dry.
6.

That's about what ours cost 8 years ago. It is still going strong. We did upgrade to a larger center channel last year, but I wonder if a nice sound bar would have been better, or more atheistically pleasing at least. DH has two tower speakers, sub woofer, three satellite speakers and the center channel. Let me tell you, when it's raining in a movie, I swear it has to be raining outside. It sounds so realistic. Eventually, we will replace the Onkyo receiver to a newer model, this one is a 5in1. You really do get what you pay for when
7. The Budweiser Puppy Love was my favorite. The coke ad controversy is summed up quite well by Brenda Wood of 11 Alive news. http://www.11alive.com/video/default.aspx?bctid=3148192945001&odyssey=mod|newswell|text|FRONTPAGE|featured I still can't use the insert link button, so I had to paste the whole website address.
8. Some offices will allow the owner or rescuer to make payments.
9. Hubby has a 60 inch TV, he loves it. Me, I can take it or leave it. We have an awesome surround sound system that I have a love/hate relationship with. I love it for music and movies I like to watch and control the volume. Hubby loves loud action movies and NASCAR and that is when the SS gets to me, so I leave the house for a bit... no basement to run to.
10. I don't see a picture. Who is it? Never mind, it popped up.
11. I have two large sofas that need to be professionally cleaned. I have tried cleaning them with the attachments to my carpet cleaner, but no luck. So, who does a good job and what would a reasonable price be for this kind of service? Thanks
12. Most of the time I take my DD to school, but she rides the bus 1-2 times a week to school and I always watch. It's usually from the inside the garage, but I do watch. She's in the 9th grade, but one can never be too careful.Typically, it is DD and one other person at their stop, so I find it necessary to keep an eye out on them. If it's raining they wait on the porch and walk out when the bus gets here. We live in a cul de sac, so the bus driver turns around in it and will stop for the kids. In the afternoons, when she drops them off, she always waits to make sure they get to the front door. I
13.

If you don't plan to use it a lot, go with the smaller one with cup size varieties. We have the special edition like they have at Sam's and everyone in the house uses it, but me. The K-cups are pricey, in my opinion, considering my family uses 3-4 each day. We do have the refillable thingy, however. I always take the reservoir off every couple days to wash and let it dry out. Most of the time the water is emptied out from using it so much. You do have to clean like you would any other coffee maker, with vinegar or the special made coffee pot cleaners.
14.

Technically, the game was still going on. In the video, the reporter demonstrates what happened and when, and that was as the player was running to home plate he tossed his helmet in the air. It was at that point the coach was struck, so the game was still going on and not over. The coach is a a**hat and his Chiropractic business may even suffer from this, I know I wouldn't seek his services.
15. Prayers that all involved are okay and if they are injured, I pray they are minor and will heal quickly and fully.
16. My Grandma was like that, everyone called her Grandma including all of my friends. She was the best, a 4'11" little red headed spitfire.
17. I don't care how they are put to death, lethal injection is fine. It matters more to me that the people who actually have to carry out the sentence see a relatively clean and quiet death. It's bad enough that our emergency workers see the trauma they see with their jobs, why subject more innocent people to the horror of brutally killing another, even if it is a murderer?
18. I had to evict my tenants in November of 2012 even though they no longer lived there and told me they were not coming back via a text message. It cost $150 to file the paper work and have the sheriffs office deliver them in addition to unpaid rent and the cost of the damage they left behind. When the officer got there to present them, I was the only one there and I let him know what all they said in the text. I ultimately just cancelled the eviction notice and took possession of my own house. It's crazy, but I understand that what I had to do was also to protect me and not just the tenant. I h
19. It amazes me that these people even have to be evicted. Why are they not just arrested for trespassing, breaking and entering, etc.
20. That's what I'm afraid of when the time comes to buy a new one. That and I don't want a computerized machine, just simple will do, since they are much easier and cheaper to repair. I just realized my spelling error, "dissolve".
21. SS, you are in my prayers. I pray that you have a full and speedy recovery.
22. Do you find that Windows 8.1 is a good and stable program? I use to have XP and it was fantastic. Then I bought a new computer with Vista, big mistake. Right now, I'm running with Windows 7 and am quite happy with it. Does Windows 8.1 compare to 7 or is it better? I won't upgrade this computer, but if I ever get the desktop I want, I won't have a choice but to go with the current OS. TP, if you purchase a new computer with 8.1, please let us know what you think about it.
