I'd like to point out that Jsck P. actually took over the job as a fill in position for the Mayor who resigned. When he appeared at the meeting it was my understanding that he was not previously informed about the voting that was to take place, and felt that the decision had already been made and that his participation in that process would pretty much go against what he felt was a right way to present the items to be voted on.
