Wow! I think I saw Judy at church last Sunday. Aw Judy, such a wonderful person/mom/wife/grandmom/nurse. She had been sick for soo long. My heart goes out to Dorsey, Jennifer and the girls. There will never be anyone like Judy, she was a rock.

She is one of the 1st people I met when I started going to Bethany. She's just a sweet, quiet, unassuming lovely lady. She raised some of the finest people in ourcounty, and has adorable grandchildren. It always inspired me when I saw her husband and her look at each other. It's always to soo apparent that they are still madly in love with each other..after all these years. We all can only hope to find what they have. Miss you Mrs. Maxwell.

Well, she passed away this morning around 5am. Catherine Bird Allen 86 yrs old Murphy, NC She was married for over 62 years to Abe Allen until he passed away a couple years ago. Together they raised 4 boys and a girl, all still living in and around the Appalachia Mountains.
