Anyone know what this is or what it says on the back
markdavd replied to penske89's topic in RECENT TOPICS
I don't think it's Hebrew. Possibly Chinese. -
Is the predicted snow Saturday here, or North Georgia? The low here is predicted to be 36, so even if we did get a little snow, it won't be around long.

Gay Marriage: High Court Sets Stage for Historic Ruling
markdavd replied to DomesticViolenceByProxy's topic in RECENT TOPICS
WWJD? Jesus would say (actually said) marriage was between a man and woman. He would also say that sex outside of marriage was a sin. Finally he would tell them to 'Go and sin no more.' -
Owners and anonymous investors will quit insulting posters? P.Com's Sage in Cherokee will get his own personal URL and will no longer be the ad-hock face of P.Com to visitors who don't know the personalities here.

Nothing to worry about. It's just the New Madrid fault line getting ready to let loose.

True you learned most of those in Sunday School. (Other than maybe the 'No Music.) The question is - how is the Islamic 'No Go' zone enforced? -

In other words, folks who are afraid of offending Muslims are the true Islamophobes. -

Thank you for posting this. It looks like it was raw footage of the honor procession from Clark's to the Church. -

I agree. I also think the media has collectively brought their fear here. They act as if they are afraid they will be hunted down in their homes and workplaces by Muslims if they do anything to offend them. (Of course, it would be labeled domestic or workplace violence if it did occur,) -

I read somewhere that's a mis-translation. It's actually one 72 year old virgin. -

Something I heard the other day - Muslims are all about minority rights in countries where they are the minority, going as far as working with other minorities to get what they want. In countries where Muslims are in charge - there is no such thing as minority rights. -
To put it in non-techie perspective - that unit MIGHT be able to hold one song (MP3) of average size. It probably wasn't fast enough to play it back for listening.

In case anyone was wondering - WM opens at 6:00 AM on the 26th. Also, it looked like CVS was open if anyone needs something tonite.

This is correct. You will have until 1/30 to claim it. Once they issue it, it will probably be good for around 90 days.

Do they still have trained butchers, or do they get their meat pre-cut and mostly pre-packaged?

For those who want to move but don't want to loose your email address - tere are a number of companies that offer inexpensive or free email addresses. go find one of the services (I wouldn't use Gmail or Yahoo for this - go a little less mainstream) and sigh up, then slowly move your email to that address. I did that 20+ years ago with mail.com and still have the same address even though I've switched providers a few times. It costs in the neighborhood of $25.00 per year. -
Dallas Restaurant turns away customer with a Service Dog
markdavd replied to Mrs G's topic in RECENT TOPICS
I'm wondering - does the person with the service dog have the ultimate rights? Generally pets aren't allowed into places where food is handled. It seems like the exception is a service dog. Is the health department OK with this, or does the ADA trump the health laws? What if the person with the dog was one of the cooks? Would you be happy eating at a restaurant where there was a dog in the kitchen? Next - what about the person with severe dog allergies. I guess their disability is less important than the one that requires a dog. Earlier someone wrote about patients in an allergy cl -

If you watch the video in the OPs link, you will see that McRibs are not mystery meat.

Cook it, put it on a bun with sauce, onions and pickles and you have one of the best quick service sandwiches ever invented!

So P.Com is officially an arm of the Paulding Deomcrat party? IIRC. only confusing thing was the message said go to the polls on Tuesday, November 11. You do have that on video don't you? I'd like to see it/

Voting won't cut off the calls unless they were buying a new voter list every day, If they were, they'd then have to match it to the calls they'd already made. While doable, it is a lot of extra work. I wasn't accusing Pubby of using his subscriber rolls. In fact if he says he didn't. I'd belive him. I do find it interesting that this is the first call I can remember from the democrats.
-
Why are you confused? So far, it's a discussion about the calls with no real complaints. I don't see anyone saying Pubby shouldn't have done it. The biggest question is where did he get the phone numbers?
