  1. If it's one thing the Sage from Cherokee is good at, it's beating a dead long horse.
  2. The reporter can't even confirm if Mrs. Palin was there, but now y'all have it turned into a SNL skit and presenting it as the truth.
  3. The problem is new visitors will still see thread after thread by this poster - most of it appearing to be nonsense to the uninitiated. After seeing that, why would they have any interest in coming back? The irony is the last I heard, the offending party lives in Cherokee County, not Paulding.
  4. It got closed when folks started pinpointing one of the biggest problems with the site.
  5. The lesson here is when a moderator calls you out on breaking the rules, just claim "Free Speech"
  6. We're told over and over and over and over and over and over to "Stand Up, Speak Out, And Talk Back; It's The Right Thing To Do" but when we do, the person demanding that we Stand Up, Speak Out, And Talk Back; It's The Right Thing To Do cries because he feels persecuted and picked on. If anyone else were to post the same topic over and over and over and over and over and over and over, or acted like a 2 year old when anyone tried to point out errors in our logic, we'd be banned for life. How many visitors see that poster's many daily topics and decide P.com isn't worth the time to visi
  7. I would change that to read ". . . and to act in the best overall LONG TERM interests . . ." Too many people are demanding immediate payoff and if they don't see it they scream about how the plan is a failure. Maybe we should go to their gardens the day after they plant and tell them it's a failure because they don't have crops yet.
  8. When WalMart was seeking approval for the Dallas Highway location, folks came around wanting me to join them in protesting it. They had all kind of outlandish predictions about the crime/traffic/other bad things that would happen (none of which have come true.) I quickly learned if I told them I disagreed with them that they would just waste my time arguing trying to make me see 'the error in my way'. So I just agreed with whatever they were saying and sent them on their way. If they had a petition, I told them I had already signed one. How many of the folks that you spoke to actually
  9. Or maybe a blank, except he would have had to put it in quotes - ' '
  10. The difference as I see is is that one group hides missile launchers in schools and hospitals and other civilian sites, using the innocent as shields. The other just slaughters the innocent outright.
  11. I guess this thread shows many women don't believe that women in general are smart enough to develop complex medical devices. -runs and hides-
  12. BK doesn't Pay taxes. They hide them in the price of their products for their customers to pay. Then they pass the minimum required to the government.
  13. The person collecting the 'donation' is probably a volunteer who was not given details on how to handle donations. She may not have even known it was a donation if someone told her the job was to collect $2.00 from every car.
  14. Isn't that what you really mean? If they were just mischievous, it would't be an issue. If the reported actions of the so called 'gentle giant' are any indication, it's the parent's not raising their kids to respect others and their property that's the problem.
  15. Isn't this what the liberal's poster boy (George Soros) is famous for?
  16. Witnesses are saying the perp victim wasn't surrendering, but was attacking the officers. It's been established he had pot in his system. How high of a standard should we hold the officers in those circumstances. At this point, it's the press that should be held to a much higher standard. Like the TraVON case, they smelt blood in the water so they started reporting every rumor, no matter how baseless while at the same time ignoring any fact that didn't further their goals. If (when?) the courts rule in the officers favor base on the admissible facts, so many lies will have been told by the
  17. How many More people are killed by drunk drivers every day. It would be better to make the same political issue from that than from guns. At least with guns level headed people are able to prevent more crimes.
  18. Let's see - We have a horrible accident based on one person's stupidity - something he'll have to pay for the rest of his life and the local liberal press is doing his best to put a political anti-gun, anti-Texas spin on it.
  19. The forbidden fruit was never evil, before or after it was eaten. It was just forbidden. On the other hand, threatening to kill someone is evil.
  20. Still doesn't come close to being evil - how can inanimate objects be evil?
  21. You have one of the strangest concepts of evil that I've ever seen.
  22. That;s why riot and negotiate mean the same thing to liberals.
  23. The first problem is getting the food trucks here during the worst of Friday night rush hour traffic. I imagine they're coming from near downtown Atlanta. As far as advertising here - they just need to get TP to obsess about it and they'll have all the advertising you'd need.
  24. Call the school or BOE and ask their opinion and record names of you spoke to. Unless they tell you your child needs to be beat a pulp before anything can be done, pass the advice to your child. If they tell you your kid needs to be beat to a pulp, ask here for the names of a good attorney.
