The hatred is mostly due to the lies told about the Tea Party by the Democrats and their supporters in the 4th estate. Once someone has been lead to believe they are evil, it's almost impossible to change their minds. Instead of voting out all of the politicians, I wish we could vote out most of reporters and journalists that have given up all pretenses of being unbiased.

The only way that story makes sense in context is if a government agent came up, told the first man he was required throw the starfish back, and at the same time was required to pay a fee for the privilege. Then the agent turns to the other man who tells him he doesn't have the money to pay the fee. The agent tells him it's OK, he still needs to throw a starfish back but he already added his fee to the first's mans.

You say few (if any) of the apples are grown in Georgia? Is this just Merciers, or the other apple 'orchards' in North GA? Do you have a source for that statement? If I'm going to tell someone who loves their apples about it, I need more than 'feelip on p.com says.'

It's not me, but thank you for your concern. My prayers are also with this family.

If Helping Hands doesn't work out, try Warehouse of Hope or call West Ridge Church. They should be able to point your friend in the right direction

I remember a traffic report saying there was an injury accident in that area around that time.

There's still the Hobby Lobby part to talk about. If not Hobby Lobby, maybe Garden Ridge?

I did - They were not to be found via any of the major search engines.

Post links to those stories please.

Therein lies the problem.

This site has direct links to the official documents (PDFs) of Obamacare regulations. The PDFs are on the Government web sites, so nobody can claim the documents of being biased: 11,588,500 Words: Obamacare Regs 30x as Long as Law These should tell you everything you need to know about the law and how it's being implemented.

This is one are where the web problems are working in 0bama's favor. I've seen reports here and there of someone who was able to actually get far enough in to be given quotes, only to find them 3x what they're paying now. Imagine the outcry if most who tried to sign up had gotten that far by now.

He quoted a number of unbiased sources that can be easily checked. Have you taken the time to do so or just written off the entire article?

Kmart is a publicaly held company. As I understand it, by law there should have been an official announcement of all store closings. Has anyone seen an official announcement about Hiram?

I've learned over the last few years that Pubby writes like he's being paid by the word, and will do anything to blame Bush and make 0bama an innocent victim. Pubby, CGI Federal was awarded just $16.5 million in contracts under Bush for a number of federal departments and agencies. Since 0bama took office, they've been awarded over a $billion in contracts for various government departments and agencies.

Canadian officials fired IT firm behind troubled Obamacare website I'm waiting for the company to go bankrupt just like the Obama's other pet companies. (Solyndra, etc.)

I think the cruise lines are requiring the documents they know you will need when getting off at the end of the cruise. The last thing they want is having to deal with an irate passenger who can't get thru customs because they didn't have the required documentation. It's probably the same with airlines. If you're flying into an airport where a passport will be required, they're making sure you have it before you board the plane.

You will not need any identification to get off in Nassau. To get back to the ship, you will need identification (picture id) and the id card they give you when you check first check in. Where you need the id is when you return to the US. A certified Birth Certificate and photo ID are the minimum.

Did anyone ever get logged in to the healthcare site?

Interesting take on it from someone who's been involved in bringing large web projects to market: Head fake! Is Healthcare.gov only an empty shell MOCKUP of a working Obamacare exchange? -
Commission confronts issues of trust and secrecy
markdavd replied to gpatt0n's topic in Fastread page
In the transcript, Austin implies there was more than one email sent that included Pownall. He also said Pownall wouldn't take a phone call either. If this is true, I wonder if a first class letter been read? What we don't know is how many times they tried to call him, and if they left a voice mail. That said, I agree that once they realized Pownall wasn't 'in the loop' they should have done a little more to try to contact him. -
Where did you hear this? Was it in a news report?

Buying cheaper online prescriptions from other countries
markdavd replied to barrycdog's topic in RECENT TOPICS
I guess the question is what recourse do you have if you bought on the foreign market and the prescription was filled wrong - either the wrong medication or wrong dose? -

You're not the only one. Other than it's easy for a retired person to encourage others to quit their jobs over money. -
Buying cheaper online prescriptions from other countries
markdavd replied to barrycdog's topic in RECENT TOPICS
I guess the risk is possibly not getting the drug/dosage as it was prescribed, and no legal recourse if it was wrong or a bad batch. -
This is where the old-timers failed. They should have made sure the (legal) language on the ballot was written to prevent an airport, not just about funding one.
