  4. I am coming to my p.com friends asking for a special prayer for my Dear Granddaughter. She is 8 yrs old and will have sinus surgery tomorrow at 11:20 at Scottish Rite. This will be her third surgery for complications caused by her Cystic Fibrosis. I know she will do great and she is one tough cookie. It is just as the time approaches my Nana fear kicks in and I am beginning to feel nervous. I know God will watch over her but good thoughts, prayers, happy mojo, whatever you do is greatly appreciated. THANKS!!!!!

For really important occasions, love to go to Chicago's on Whitlock Rd, Marietta. (Think I read on here recently the name of the restaurant had changed to Whitlock)

  21. YUMMMMMM.....I love it and that is what I have gotten the last several times we have been. But seeing the commercials for the three cheese topped steaks, I have told DH I want to go and try it. I agree. I got them with the BBQ sauce on the side and they have a great taste, just by themselves. VERY GOOD AND TENDER!

My Momma died Oct. 2, 1984 two months short of her 62nd birthday and her retirement. She was retiring to spend more time with my daughter who was 3 at the time. I had lost both my parents before my 30th birthday. Those dates are still very vivid in my mind and I live them hour by hour, minute by minute each and every year.
