  1. NO. I stayed in a bad marriage for quite some time out of stupidity and thinking "he would learn his lesson". But, I am the one who learned life is too short to not be happy. I also learned there are worse things than being alone - and being married to the wrong person is one of them. I can say that now after being married to my wonderful husband and being very much in love and completely happy for the last 20 years!!!

  3. TO ALL THE ABOVE I have, too. She plays a really cool character and I like the fact she has ALWAYS come back periodically and they never changed the actress after all these years. And, I REALLY want Adam to be found out and kicked to the curb. From what I saw yesterday he is possibly getting a conscience remembering things Hope told him. Have not heard a reasoning but it changed when Guiding Light went off the air. B&B now comes on at 1:30 instead of 2:00.
  4. A husband picked up a UGA throw and the quilted purse yesterday. But, I failed to get the p.com ID of his wife. Was this by chance you??? If not, I am sorry but the quilted one was sold yesterday.
  5. I didn't either but then again, I sometimes don't realize my own age. I sure didn't think Jeanne Cooper was 80 either!?!?!?!? I have watched Y&R since day one and I agree with LR that scene of Colleen and Victor being rolled in to the OR with their families in the background and the music was the saddest scene EVER!! You do start to think of the actors as the character, especially when it is the one role they have played forever - and in Soap Opera terms 27 yrs IS an eternity. I cannot imagine the show without Victor either and am confident they will reach an agreement just as they did wi
  6. WOW. That is like my SIL's family. DGD # 1 was the first girl born on SIL's father's side of the family in 44 years!! We just knew she would be a boy......BUT! We were absolutely thrilled and both his mother and I screamed when the lady told us she was definitely going to be a girl. DD kept asking if she was sure and she said, "Yes, you are safe to buy pink." When DD was pregnant with DGD # 2 we were absolutely convinced she was going to be a boy. Not only were the chances not in her favor but DD's pregnancy was totally different and opposite from DGD #1. (Then DD's BIL's wife had a girl - the
  7. Yes, you are right, both pair of Tony lounge pants are Small. Don't think they will work. I will keep an eye out for you. But, to make sure I will measure the inseam and check for sizes of shirts and get back with ya tomorrow. K???
  8. I admire anyone who can wait and NOT find out!! When I was pregnant with DD (29 yrs ago) I was told she was a boy. I got some beautiful handmade blankets in blue and adorable blue outfits at my shower. But, every time I bought something for a boy, I would buy the identical item that was for a girl. For instance I remember buying the cutest little sleeper with tiny embroidered blue rocking horses on it - and bought the one with tiny embroidered pink roses on it, too! LOL. While on the fetal monitor her heartbeat kept getting faster and faster. When the doctor FINALLY told me "It's a Girl" (whic
  9. OOPS - I do have some Stewart # 14 shirts as well as some Tony lounging pants. (Those are in a different thread) What size shirts ya need and I'll check for you. SORRY!!!!!
  10. Thanks, CC - great picture. I saw LPPT post about the signs being available in the other post. Good to see how great they look and how eye-catching they are. Will definitely have to keep those in mind for the next sale. NR, what did you end up doing to make them waterproof?
  11. You know I still have it with your name on it - just wheneva. But, wouldn't Luci-Lu think she was Queen Kitty with a purple lined litter box? And, just come by when you can and check out the Kasey shirt. (WHEW - I was afraid you were gonna crawl me for not having any Sadler shirts. LOL!!!) A good excuse to see ya anyway!
  12. EDITED TO SAY: DH has decided to go to plan B. We are now going to Ryan's. Either way I don't have to cook so it works for me. LOL!!
  13. DH is making homemade chicken nuggets - fresh chicken cut up into bite size pieces. Some will be marinated in lemon pepper marinade, some will be cooked in BBQ sauce and some in a Parmesan cheese mixture. Then we will have ranch dressing, bleu cheese dressing and honey mustard as dipping sauces. I have no idea what he is going to make to go with them. But, I know whatever it is it will be good and I won't be cooking it.
  14. I will check on it tomorrow. I actually got these a few months ago but I will see if they are still available and if so the cost and get back in touch with you. THANKS for asking.

  19. Now that is a horse of a different color. And, totally acceptable. Glad I could provide you a good chuckle. I am always seeing want/won't; sale/sell; there/their, etc, etc, etc on here all the time. Always amazed - and just think we were all born and raised in America. I've often thought how difficult it must be for those trying to learn our language!
