My youngest DGD has a ton of silly bands and has been collecting them since last Spring. She has only been sick once during that time but I will pay attention now that flu/cold season is upon us.

For the past several years we have opted to go out to eat. But, DD's best friend is having surgery for pre-cancer on the 18th so we will cook Thanksgiving and then have dinner at her house. DH will fry the turkey and make dressing. I will be cooking homemade mac & cheese, cook green beans for 2 days and then add red potatoes, squash casserole, homemade sour dough bread, pecan pie and banana pudding. I'm sure some more dishes will be added to the "wish list" between now and Thanksgiving. It will be a day of THANKS and Football!!

I used to eat Mrs. Winners when they had the pasta salad and corn on the cob as their sides. But, when they dropped the pasta salad I dropped going. Their potatoes/slaw, etc just was not as good as KFC right next door. I do like Popeye's and am looking forward to Bojangles opening. I am one of those who could eat chicken everyday and never get tired of it. Our favorite fried chicken???? Publix. YUMMMMMMM. Sounds like Mrs. Winners might be a company where the CEO needs to go on "Undercover Boss".

That's who I thought you were talking about. It has been reported the father, Bishop Cecil Newton, gave $50,000 to his church to make renovations to the building as it had been condemned. The father has admitted to talking to someone about money for Cam to go to Mississippi but I haven't heard any allegations involving Auburn. So far everything is allegations and rumors - but, where there is enough smoke there is typically FIRE!!! Cam is an incredible player but when it comes to the NCAA rules are rules. Will be interesting to see how it plays out.
