Bah-Hum-Bug!!! I have not had the spirit at all - didn't even put a tree up this year and have gifts and wrapping paper that have yet to be introduced to each other. (aka NO gifts are wrapped YET!!) Today has been TERRIBLE - maybe a mayberry or two would make me feel better.

I don't blame AJ for going Pro at all. He's had a few injuries and the risk of a career ending injury his senior year is just too high. He is projected to go 3rd but at the very worse in the top 5. A player that went #5 was named last night on the news and he got a 6 yr contract worth $60M.I think that hot seat Richt has been sitting on this season is a LOT hotter today.

Anyone who is 25 lbs overweight is technically diagnosed as "morbidly obese". Surprising, huh???? Most people think that term is reserved for those who are 100 lbs over their recommended weight.

I have to agree with everyone else. I've never gotten anything there that was not good and all are huge servings. Two people can easily share one plate and not go hungry. But, it helps to leave room for their fabulous desserts! ENJOY!!

DH and I tarted the day with breakfast at Benson's Grill so after a day of shopping we went to O'Charley's for a bowl of loaded potato soup and I had a roast beef sandwich and DH had the philly steak.

HOW many times can Ridge marry Taylor and Brooke??? GEEEZZZZZZZ. And then you throw in Brooke sleeping with her teenage daughter's boyfriend "thinking" it was Ridge? (She doesn't know her husband's love making skills from that of a virgin teen????) Oh yes, Brooke has a child with her OTHER daughter's husband who was her daughter WITH Ridge's father. THAT Daughter has a newborn son with her "at the time" husband's mother's husband??? And now the Brooke/Thomas storyline?? DH and I had breakfast at Benson's (formerly Rodney's) this morning and it was GREAT - food and service - they serve breakfast until noon on Sunday. Usually our only local options (by time we get out and about on his days off) are Martin's, IHOP or Waffle House. Martin's does offer the best biscuits as drive-thru choices. (I agree with everyone's recommendation of the tenderloin but their sausage gravy is great, too.) If we are anywhere near a Hardee's we eat breakfast there - GREAT biscuits. It all depends on your definition of "HARD". Yes being a Mother is one of the hardest jobs out there. The safety and care of the family/children is a priority along with most having a full time job outside the home, caring for the home, laundry, chef, grocery shopping, making sure there is toilet paper in the house, etc, etc, etc. The responsibility cannot be measured nor can the value of what Mom does. I have always said one of the most MISUNDERSTOOD, UNDER APPRECIATED, UNDERPAID, STRESSED jobs out there is one of a Social Worker. Making decisions on a daily basis that can alter a family

FYI: Schools released early in Cleburne County Alabama for temps dropping rapidly and rain/sleet falling. We always get the same weather they do with about a 2 hr delay. So BEWARE and DRIVE SAFE!!

Her money is very real. A terrible way to get it but when she was 9 yrs old her mother was killed in a car wreck hit by a truck. There was a lawsuit and her family got a $22 million settlement. It has been in trust all these years gaining interest. She will never spend it all - even as extravagant she is. Money and status is what is important. I think that is sad, too.
