If you find a "cloud" of them, you can use the vaccuum for a quick fix, or blow a hair dryer at them (it dehydrates them quick). I was on 278 in the right lane and couldn't figure out why a PO was in the median ahead of me. St. Vincent DePaul Society. They serve the immediate needs of our community. People come there everyday looking for food and help with their bills, so the can of beans you give today, could be on your neighbors table tomorrow.
