My Dad is on a fixed income and wants to do away with his cable (Directv) but I'm worried the he will be even more bored/lonely. I know there are ways to get Netflix and other movies channels. Can someone explain how this works (do we have to have a video game system)? Or, should I just Google it???

Thanks Hon! You know I am a fair person, but I am passionate about advocating for those that don't have a voice. It just happens, in this case, it was my brother and his sonand there are flaws in "the system." There's know way I could or would explain everything on P.com....I just know that parental alienation exists and it hurts all involved. But, can we agree that sometimes they get it wrong? And, why can't she simply tell the OP why she doesn't have to comply? My ex SIL hired a psychologist that was a life-long high school friend. And sometimes they get it wrong. Judges and lawyers are not infallable. In my brothers case, he got it wrong. I wholeheartedly believe men and women should be punished for not paying child support but that's not the case with my brother. Again, the issue is parental alienation. It's wrong!! And yes, I used this opportunity to vent about Tonny Beavers because parental alienation and his courtroom seem to go hand in hand.

I don't know this person but did you reply to his/her requests as to why you did not have to comply. Many of you don't seem to realize the pain and suffering that is caused in parental alienation and all that goes along with it. A child belongs to both mother and father unless it is proven that there is abuse or neglect. Right?

I knew it! And.....someone that I love very much has suffered at the hands of Tonny Beavers. My loved one is a wonderful father and was a wonderful husband, he just happened to marry a young lady that was a bully (and practiced parental alienation when he still lived in the home) and her family had lots of money AND their long time family friend is a prominent Marietta attorney. Beavers was all over himself because this prominent lawyer was in HIS courtroom. My family member didn't have a snowball's chance.... I honestly don't believe Beavers heard a word that was said or written about my brot

Todd Paulding County Superior Court Civil Action No: 12-CV-1077-TB It appears that this person has had an issue with parental alienation and that is why he/she is seeking an open records request. Someone I care about very much has been through this same thing and suffered at the hands of Judge Tonny Beavers and some ruthless lawyers. Just guessing.....however, Judge Beavers can allow a child abuser/alleged child murderer free on $30,000 bond. If you think I'm angry and bitter, you would be right.

Let me guess.....did Judge Tonny Beavers preside over this case???

Have you tried contacting rescues? I have had louck with them in the past. I think there is one just for small dogs in Sandy Springs.

A friend's brother was recently stabbed in the stomach by his ex-wife. I'm not sure of the charges but her bond was well over $30,000 and this was in Memphis, TN. I still am in shock over this.
